- SRShay RossJun 26, 20261.0I was hung up on for asking about tires. I got a flat tire last night so this morning after I got done changing my flat tire I called here at 8am. A man answered I told him the size of the tire I needed and he asked what brand I wanted. I said that I have no preference, any brand would be fine. I asked which brands are mid range. He said he didn’t know so I said fine then I’ll just take Michelin. He said which ones I said defender and then he hung up on me. Just poor customer service he could have easily asked for a year, make, and model or just simply be knowledgeable about the product you’re selling. I buy tires every 4/5 YEARS you work here EVERY DAY and you know nothing?! My tires were already running low on tread so I was looking to buy an entire set of four tires but I won’t be buying from here. Before you think about spending hundreds of dollars go check out another tire shop because this one does not deserve your money!
