Call center quoted a price for specific set of tires (Blackhawk Agility UHP 225 55 R18 ) that were supposedly in stock at Cherry Hill location. When we picked up the car a different set of tires were put on the car, same size lighter load, at a higher price and I was told I ordered the wrong tires and that's why the change was made. The size was the same as I discussed with call center and handles a lighter load than what I agreed to. No communication that they were changing the agreed upon tires or that the cost would change. Feels like a classic bait and switch!
Be forewarned if buying new tires.

I had a slow leak in my tire and stopped in to make an appointment. They were able to take it in right away, no appointment needed. They found a nail in my tire, removed it and plugged it. They did not try to sell me a new tire unnecessarily or try to up-sell any other services. Super quick service and very friendly front desk associate. We will definitely use them again!
