I had a metal rod lodged in my tire and brought my car to Mavis. Kelly and the team at the Cherry Hill location took me in promptly without an appointment. They provided excellent customer service, giving me quick updates on the status of my tire throughout the process. The team worked so efficiently that they removed the rod, plugged the tire, and had me in and out in under an hour. I would highly recommend this location!

This past Monday I made an emergency appointment because of a leak in my tire. At the appointment, I explained to Phil and Steve that I was previously told by a service mechanic that I would need two tires replaced due to a leak that could not be repaired. Phil and Steve told me they would take a look and let me know what they felt was necessary. They then explained the leak could be repaired, and they would not try to sell me items that are unnecessary. I appreciated their kindness and honesty and will be back when I do need to get my tires replaced.
