  I think dude's name was Jeff. Super awesome guy. Had to cancel because of the weather. It's Ohio so that should tell you everything. If we can't do something in the winter, that means that one day will get decimated overnight but by tomo the road crews will get it under control. And sure enough he was able to install them the very next day. He was telling me he had to cancel the person before because they chose not to shovel their 45 degree driveway. So you know he's safe rather than just trying to cut corners and hope his van and your car don't go sliding down into oncoming traffic on a busy road. We still had to go to the parking lot up the street from me. But once he had a solid place to do his thing, it took him an hour to get my two front tires replaced. All while both of us wear outside in pants and a hoodie in 25 degree weather. We bs'd about typical guy stuff and he was super cool. He finished up and gave me a 15% off expired coupon for any other tire needs along with his business card. But he assured me that it wasn't actually expired. Overall it was a great, easy experience. As an added bonus for all the females reading this, he had a healthy dad bod frame with a wicked black beard, so I'm sure he will be easy on your eyes. And I didn't see a ring on his finger. 10/10 experience would recommend. Especially if you get the dude Jeff?. (I threw away his business card, but not because of anything negative, but because I'm a normal person who doesn't collect business cards so I'm not 100% sure of his name) Reminded me of waiting for the school bus 45 minutes before it shows up in the winter so I could smoke a few (3-6) cigs.

  Awesome service right in my driveway. Technician called twice the day of to give me ETAs of his arrival. Great Job GOODYEAR!
