  had an absolutely fantastic experience renting a car from this Enterprise location! Hasan was extremely helpful and made both the pickup and drop-off process seamless and completely hassle-free. The employee who assisted me before him was also wonderful. I’ve never experienced such a fast and efficient car rental process in my life. A big thank you to the whole team for their great service! Additionally, the location is very convenient right on the main street, so getting there is super easy. Highly recommended!

  Made me wait 20 min to tell me they don’t have the car I reserved???? And now I have to spend an hour calling and trying to get a refund for the insurance I got on the car that doesn’t exited?!? Ruined my one day off honestly horrible!

  After a HIGHLY disappointing, disgusting experience with the 9345 N Crescent Blvd location, my reservation was modified to this location. Cameron took great care of me! He was kind, efficient, and PROFESSIONAL. I know where to go moving forward!

  I originally booked a five week reservation for $1444 via Expedia. A week before the rental the location called me and said enterprise only does 30 day rentals and I would have to renew if I wanted the car after that. I was OK with that. They were very nice about it Enterprise did not honor the original rate I was given I was quoted the same $1444 for a four week (1 month) rental. I question how the rate for a five week and a four week rental can be the same I brought the Car back two weeks early as I didn’t need it any longer. No one at the location explained that I would be charged the weekly rate if I brought it back early even though I called three separate times to double check. The manager, although nice and full of explanations, thought it was common knowledge that that Customers should know that. I think the customer service reps could at least mention it in passing I think the location needs to brush up on customer service skills. The no contact checkout meant the original agent didn’t spend any time going over any of this. He basically handed me the keys said the contract would be emailed to me. I think the customer service agent should at least go over the basic tenants of the contract, especially since I told him I’d probably be bringing it back early. A normal checkout would have the agent and the customer going over the contract together — enterprise doesn’t do this I would further say that Josh at that location lacks customer service skills
