    did a great job picked my rental car up at the dealership when I dropped my car off they drove me back to enterprise to pickup my rental I've got only praise for them no complaints.

    Yesterday, I reserved a vehicle and went to pickup an hour later. Only to get to the facility, do the car inspection, and sign the electronic forms, just for them to hit me with an unexpected $400 deposit. No one called or notified me of the additional fee, and when I asked for assistance, the treatment received was very unprofessional. I was told that because I had just placed the reservation, they were too busy to give me a call to notify me of the fee. Btw, when I arrived, there were at least 5 employees on standby. 2 of which were helping a customer and one of them was me. If I could help it, I would not rent from this location ever again. I understand that the policy is what it is. That is not a problem here. The issue is had I been properly notified, I would’ve gladly took my business elsewhere. The customer service received from their Trainee Sullivan Norton and Assistant Branch Manager Kylie Judge is absolute trash. I was met with smug passive aggression and reluctance to remove the agitator from the situation to reach a resolution. What could’ve been resolved with a simple apology for their shortcomings and cooperation with my request for corporate number and the name of the employee (because no one is wearing a name tag) led to the police being called just to reach a resolution. Only then the Assistant Branch Manager Cameron Priar stepped up to resolve the issue and gave great customer service. Due to the inconvenience, I was left carless and unable to go elsewhere due to everything being closed at that point. I strongly recommend reading the fine print ALL THE WAY at the bottom of your confirmation email to avoid the humiliation and inconvenience I’ve received.
