  They were fantastic! I had my 91 year old dad at a dr appointment and we picked up a nail, almost went flat. Pulled in to family mechanics by chance (having never been there) and Angel stopped what he was working on plugged the tire, and got us back on the road. Highly recommend, they were so professional, competent and friendly! Thank you

  Alexander was a pleasure to deal with, I really needed the brake rotors and pads replaced on my car and he got me in the shop right away, would highly recommend The Family Mechanics for all vehicle repairs!

  I was searching for a place to do my oil change. I searched online. I found the family mechanics with great reviews. I figured let me give them a try. they took my car inspected the whole car. They showed what the issue was with my car and they also explained to me that it was an oil leak I have never knew that I had an oil leak, but they showed me where it’s coming from. I’ve been going to the same mechanic for God knows how long they never mentioned it to me, but within five minutes the family mechanic seen it, and advised me I will be definitely coming back to them to work on my car. I thank you so much, all the staff were professional and awesome.

  I have gone into the family mechanics. I didn’t know they had another location. I live in Hamilton however I was in Cherry Hill shopping and I had the check engine light pop up on my dashboard, I went to the family mechanics. I am used to dealing with the people at the Hamilton location however I went into the Cherry Hill location and the same trustworthiness, fairness, professionalisms courtesy , and workmanship is unreal and also fair pricing. I thank you guys, I’m glad you had a second location. I look forward to seeing you every oil change or anything that I need. I will definitely recommend your services to everybody around me between family, friends, and neighbors. A big thanks to Alex for making my worries go out the door .

It feels like he looks at you like family, and that alone says a lot. Alex is also incredibly knowledgeable. His expertise is obvious the moment you talk with him. He doesn’t guess or rush through things—he explains what’s going on, what needs to be done, and why. The way he diagnoses issues is thorough and professional, and it’s clear he genuinely knows his craft. You can tell he’s the kind of mechanic who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. What really impressed me is the work he’s done for me. Alex repaired both my old Chevy and my Volvo, and now they both run like they’re brand new. After his repairs, the difference was night and day. If you want a dependable mechanic who treats you like family, is full of real knowledge and experience, repairs cars the right way so they run like new, and charges fair prices instead of ripping people off, then Alex is the person you should go to. He has definitely earned my trust, and I will be using him for all my cars and any future repairs. Five stars doesn’t even feel like enough; this is the kind of service people deserve but don’t always find. Alex is exceptional.
