  Brought the work van here for an oil change. They got it in and out pretty quick . Got it checked up and found a leak that I thought was from the AC. Great honest mechanics in cherry hill, glad I came by here. Will definitely be coming back

  I had one of those restore-your-faith-in-humanity moments today at this gas station. I have a new car and the tire pressure warning came on, and then it dropped another 20 points, so I knew the tire was failing fast. I pulled into The Family Mechanics to use the air. Alexander, who works there, told me to go near the garage and he began to fill my tire. Then he found the leak, plugged it, and checked all the other tires. When I tried to give him a few 20s for saving my day, he absolutely and politely refused. I am so grateful! Thanks.

The way he diagnoses issues is thorough and professional, and it’s clear he genuinely knows his craft. You can tell he’s the kind of mechanic who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. If you want a dependable mechanic who treats you like family, is full of real knowledge and experience, repairs cars the right way so they run like new, and charges fair prices instead of ripping people off, then Alex is the person you should go to. He has definitely earned my trust, and I will be using him for all my cars and any future repairs. Five stars doesn’t even feel like enough; this is the kind of service people deserve but don’t always find. Alex is exceptional.

  Save yourself headache and find someplace else. Overpriced and won't take responsibility for their goof up. They continue to use Dave's name and his reputation after purchasing his shop.
