  Plenty of parking Staff was helpful Cat Scale and fuel island working Downsides: Location is being remodeled. No showers, no laundry. Hot case and cold case food extremely limited. No pizza available. Cold beverages in general extremely limited. They are considering the men's restroom as the Port A Potties outside by the closed up Denny's Women's restroom inside

  On July 16, 2026 I stopped in for a shower, it was very late at night. I was super tired, I took off my Army dog tags and my chain that has a cross on it and hung it on a hook in the shower. Needless to say that I adleft after showering and forgot that my dog tags and neck chain were still hanging on that hook, and I had driven to Norwalk, Ohio. I found out that I had left them back at the Flying J on July the 18th. I found my receipt for the shower I took, called the Flying J, and to my surprise one of the maintenance workers found them and turned them in. I went back to the Flying J that Saturday night and got there around 9:00pm and I retrieved my dog tags and neck chain. The only thing is that no one could identify to me who found them and turned them in. I said all this to say, your workers have excellent morals and respect towards your customers!!! It's very rare in this day and age, but if you (the owner) reads this, please find this person and reward them, they deserve more than just a thank you!!!   Truck driver: On the Garmin showing they have 20 showers, after I stopped simply they said NO SHOWER. I ask them you have to update it I. The System, they said IT’s CORPORATE. They don’t care that we’re planning our stops 100 miles away then they get you disappointed.☹️

  I drove 50 miles specifically to use this Pilot because I expected the usual truck stop services. To my surprise, not only did this location have no showers, but another Pilot just half a mile away also had no showers or laundry facilities. This is completely unacceptable for a truck stop. Truck drivers rely on these basic services, and wasting so much time and fuel just to find out they’re unavailable is extremely frustrating. Very disappointing experience. Pilot should clearly state when essential amenities like showers and laundry are not available so drivers don’t waste their time. I definitely won’t be coming back to either of these locations.
