We stopped in at Mavis in Califon today for an emergency fix because the undercarriage cover on the bottom of my car was loose. Will and Jimmy promptly assisted us and fixed the issue in no time, and they explained what had happened to the cover and even showed us photos of how they were able to reattach it. Will was also so friendly, and we wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Mavis for any maintenance or emergency issue we may have in the future. Highly recommend, service like this is rare!

Will and the team at the Califon Mavis tire went above and beyond. I was stranded overnight after getting a flat tire on the night way, because it was a Sunday and they didn’t have the specialty tires that my car takes, in stock. They put a rush order in, to make sure the tires arrived asap on Monday, drove me to the B&B I had rented to stay overnight, and picked me up the next day to make sure I could get back to the shop safely.
Also, despite the fact I know they work on commission, they recommended the cheaper of the tire options they had available, because they would actually suit the car better. Couldn’t ask for more!
