- JDJess DApr 25, 20261.0Before driving there with a flat tire we called to let them know the issue and that we were on our way. They said “ok”. I arrived at 4:39pm and drove around the building and saw a tech in a working station. When “thing 1” saw me park he walked over to the door to lock it. I went by the door rechecking the time (4:40) “thing 2” came to open the door. They began to laugh when they saw me at the door. I explained to him the situation and he said he didn’t know who I spoke to & that there were no techs so the job couldn’t get done. Not sure how the team communicate, & how techs are allowed to leave before closing time but what I saw were people more focused on closing early then helping. My first and last time here!

They were also funny and amiable, and that counts for something. Come to think of it, that seems to be the case for every mechanic I've met. Anyway, replaced all my tires, got a realignment and some shocks replaced and my car now drives like brand new, the vibration is gone. Thank you!
