Oil Change Services

Oil is the lifeblood of every standard vehicle on the road. It's crucial to regularly check your oil and schedule oil change service for your car to ensure it runs properly. Regular service also allows us to check for leaks in your engine that could shorten your vehicle's lifespan and lead to other avoidable problems.

Tire Rotation

Rotating your vehicle's tires is important for maintaining and managing treadwear on your tires, and in some cases is required in order to preserve your tires' warranty.

Brakes Service & Repair

Regular brake inspections help you to know when to service your brakes and can save you money by finding needed repairs before they become severe.

Mufflers & Exhaust

We can service, replace, and repair exhaust systems, catalytic converters, tailpipes, and mufflers. Ensuring these systems are working properly is key to elongating the life of your vehicle and maintaining optimal performance.

Wheel Alignment

Proper wheel and tire alignment helps your car's tires last longer, increases fuel economy, and improves your vehicle's handling. Our highly-trained tire alignment experts are ready to provide you the reliable, quality service you need to get back on the road.

Shocks, Struts & Suspension Replacement

Your vehicle's shocks, struts, and suspension are key components to ensure your vehicle's performance and a more comfortable ride. As such, it's important to properly maintain these components on your vehicle.

Car Battery Replacement and Installation

Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples. Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.

TPMS Sensor Replacement

There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

Tyler and Matt were one of the greatest workers I’ve ever met! They both get a 5 star rating in my book. Thank you both for your services and expertise. Definitely will be bringing my cars here anytime I need work done.

I had polyurethane front lower control arm bushings installed along with adjustable rear upper control arms and toe arms on my Lexus GS300. Shops in the area wanted up to $350 to align the car due to the “adjustable arms” that were installed. Mike and the team got my alignment dialed in perfectly and had the car driving straight in a timely manner. If you have modified suspension, I can't recommend this shop enough. They also provided before-and-after alignment printouts as I had request at drop-off, which I appreciated.

The floor manager who was at the front desk (Tyler) was an absolute gentleman who honestly and timely evaluated the condition of my tires and did not try to sell me anything that wasn't needed. The place was clean and employees were friendly and hardworking. So once I do need a complete change of tires, I will certainly consider this Mavis shop as one of my go-to places. However, I had to remove a star, not because of this local shop, but due to what seems like a Mavis corporate policy forced upon them which is to put a sticker on their door explicitly banning firearms - I wasn't carrying but to me this screamed of Mavis being anti Second Amendment and against the Constitutional rights of Americans who would wish to do so. I'd expect this "policy" of a place like the Willowbrook Mall in Wayne (which has a similar sign but it clearly does not stop felons from constantly being caught with illegal firearms on their property and criminally firing - demonstrating that such "rules" only serve to violate the rights of legal CCW licensed folks), however I was thoroughly surprised that a company like Mavis would be anti 2A.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel other customers deserve to know about my experience. On May 25, I brought my car to Mavis Tire & Discount for what should have been a simple brake bleed and caliper replacement. I paid approximately $300, expecting professional workmanship and care. Unfortunately, that is not what I received. My car had to stay overnight because the calipers I originally purchased were defective. The next day, my brother picked the car up while I was at work. He didn’t notice the condition of the interior because he assumed it was already like that. When I got home and looked inside the car myself, I was shocked. My beige interior was covered in dirt and grease from the technicians. I immediately tried cleaning it myself because I was so upset, but the stains would not come out. I even recorded videos showing the condition of the interior after attempting to clean it. The damage was bad enough that I had to pay $200 out of my own pocket for a professional detail, and even then, some areas remained permanently stained. In other words, my $300 repair ended up costing me an additional $200 just to restore my car as close as possible to the condition it was in before bringing it to the shop. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. The day I got the car back, I was working and barely drove it. The following day, my mother drove it to another city. Thankfully she made it home safely. After she returned, I drove the car and immediately noticed loud thudding noises whenever I made left or right turns. Concerned, I inspected the wheels myself. I was completely stunned to find that the lug nuts had not been properly tightened. They were so loose that I was able to tighten some of them by hand. This wasn’t just poor workmanship—it was an extremely serious safety issue that could have resulted in a wheel coming loose while driving. It’s frightening to think about what could have happened, especially since my mother had just driven the vehicle on public roads. Paying $300 for a brake bleed and caliper replacement should come with professionalism, attention to detail, and basic safety checks. Instead, I received property damage to my interior, had to spend another $200 correcting that damage, and then discovered my vehicle had been returned to me in an unsafe condition. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this experience was unacceptable. I hope management takes this review seriously so no one else has to go through what I did.
