- EOEddy OrtizAug 14, 20262.0I typically rent from the Rockaway location. I was in a hurry and didn't notice that the website auto-selected the Butler location when I entered my zip code. By the time I was ready to head out, I realized what had happened, but I figured, why not, its only a two minute-longer drive and it was already time for pickup. Pickup went fine, the car ran fine and it was quick. I rented the car for three days. I left their lot at 5:57PM, and I have a timestamped video to confirm it, since I always record the exterior of any rental before driving off. Their paperwork shows me "leaving" at 5:47PM. I returned the car three days later with more gas than it had when I picked it up (your welcome) and I was 16 minutes late if you count the actual depart, 6:13PM to be exact. I also have a timestamped video of the return, since I record one every time I bring a vehicle back. I left the key in the drop-off mailbox and left. I was charged for an extra day because I was 16 minutes late. Keep in mind, they close at 6PM, no one was going to use this vehicule. I ran a few minutes late with the Rockaway location twice, never had this issue. I probably won't be using this location again.
