- RRRooted & RadiantMay 12, 20261.00/10 experience. The call center was very misleading about both pricing and wait times. I was told it would take 2 whole hours just to change one tire, which is ridiculous. The cost for the tire and installation was also far more expensive than any other tire shop I’ve been to. I was open to paying the higher price and staying because I understood the inconvenience and urgency of the situation. However, what made the experience even worse was the customer service. The front desk lady was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

At the end of my service I was provided with a free and in depth inspection of my car. I would recommend Mr. Tire for all my families mechanic needs.
