  This place is the worst shop you can bring your car too ! I would rather brake down than give my money to these people ! They do not care about you or your car or your situation that your in at the moment ! I got a flat tire in the Burlington area and I looked up tire shops and I came over . The blonde girl working upfront is rude as hell and has no sympathy what’s so ever ! I told her I’m running on flats right now and she says I can schedule you for tomorrow! Are you kidding me ? I said I’m running on flats and she just ignored me ! At that point I am not arguing or ever giving business to these people! There are plenty of shops that would do completely opposite of what happened here ! Learning lesson never come back here ! Learn how to do business!!

  Made an appointment for first thing in the morning. Lady upfront seemed flustered as soon as I got in and told me it’s going to be at least 3 hours until I can get my wheel alignment. They only have 1 tech it. On top of that, I was quote $134.99 for wheel alignment from the call center, and then she gave me a price of $196. I told her I would wait those 3 hours because I really needed it, but after giving me that price, it just felt like she would rather have me go than stay. Adding photo to prove my appointment.

  Came here twice for a tire change. Got rescheduled 5 different times for a tire alignment. The blonde haired white lady there is always rude and seems like she’s always having an attitude even though i have to keep coming different days for my tires. I set over 4 different appointments for tire change and alignment and im over it. The only one is polite and understanding is Nah’mer he was able to at least change my tires, and when unfortunate events came to reschedule he was polite about it. I’d rather go to a different tire service where I dont have to take attitude even though im being rescheduled over and over again.

  Just this week I had 5 new tires mounted on my Ford F-150 at Mr Tire in Burlington. I had an outstanding experience there. Initially I went in for pricing on the tires that I wanted. Namir worked with me to get those tires in, and ensured that they would be recently-made tires by checking the DOT stamps. He did exactly that. A few days later I went back in to get them installed. That's when I met Brianna, who was very professional, efficient and friendly. She was completely ready for my appointment. I was so impressed that while I was there I asked them to replace my rear break pads and give me an oil & filter change. They accomodated me very well. Happy to give them a great recommendation!

  "I had a terrible experience at Mr. Tire in Burlington, NJ. I arrived with a flat tire in an emergency at 6:00 PM, an hour before they closed. I was treated with a pedantic and rude attitude just because I parked in a way that the person at the counter didn't like. They denied me service, arguing that it was mandatory to make an appointment in advance to be seen, completely ignoring that I had an emergency. They told me they couldn't sell me new tires or repair my car at that time and that they were only available for Thursday or Saturday. I do not recommend this place at all, and the people who work there are pathetic."
