The staff is extremely arrogant, shows zero value or respect for customers, and has no discipline or professionalism when answering questions. It feels like helping customers is a burden to them. Completely disappointed with the experience and I will never visit this location again.

Me and mother were asking for clarifications on the rental and the guy who answered the phone hung up on my mother when she just wanted to know if cleaning of the car was included or not. I don't recommend coming here. A guy barely serviced my mom and was talking to her while his nose was bleeding. Had better service at Enterprises in North Jersey!
