  The gentleman at the front desk was a true customer service professional! In the time I was there, very near closing, he was unfailingly courteous, efficient, and helpful to myself and the two people before me in line. I found a rental I was happy with and got out in a reasonable amount of time. The two times I have worked with this Enterprise location have been seamless!

  I used Enterprise twice recently and I dropped a car off after they were closed yesterday (6/28/26). Everything has gone very smoothly both times I have been here. They made car renting less of a pain and I appreciate that.

  Staff are active and polite, but the location is always busy when I go. My most recent rental acted a little weird while driving. Otherwise, the staff is really fast at processing customers.

  My husband and I had a very disappointing experience at the Enterprise location in Burlington, NJ. We were renting a vehicle because my husband’s car had broken down, which was already a stressful situation. We arrived before closing and were trying to work through some details of the rental when an employee abruptly told us that it was past closing time and that we needed to hurry up. When my husband responded that we were still trying to complete the rental, the employee stated, “I’m not going to rent a vehicle to you.” At no point were we disrespectful, argumentative, or inappropriate. We were simply trying to figure out a few things and did not deserve to be treated that way. What made this experience even more frustrating was that my husband had rented from this same location just the week before. Instead of receiving understanding and professional customer service, we were treated rudely and dismissed. Because it was late, we were left with very limited options for obtaining a vehicle elsewhere. This was one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when they are facing stressful circumstances and are trying to do business with your company. I hope management addresses this issue so that future customers do not have a similar experience.

  I was extremely dissatisfied with this Enterprise location. I called ahead specifically to confirm that a compact car would be available for my rental, and I was assured that one would be ready when I arrived. Unfortunately, when I got there, the vehicle they promised was not available, and the staff blamed the situation on someone else rather than offering a solution. The staff in the office were unwilling to address the issue, and I left feeling that my concerns as a customer were not taken seriously. This experience was disappointing and did not reflect the level of customer service I expected.
