- EMEric MazeAug 31, 20261.0Normally don’t have a bad incident at the Burlington area, but today the assistant manager was angry and arguing at customers. I had a rental from my company insurance because of an accident at work. He told me I had to put 100 dollars down, but I kept telling him the insurance was paying. He refused to listen to me and stormed off. I settled myself down in a car and came back in and said I’ll put the money down, I just need a receipt to give the insurance and he refused to rent to me. He continued to be hostile to me. I’m never coming back because of this assistant manager. He was completely unprofessional.
- AAAngela AlexanderAug 22, 20265.0Took a long leisurely trip down the eastern seaboard. Enterprise provided exactly the vehicle I requested. The process was very smooth. The staff provided all options and pricing up front.
- TMTom MAug 22, 20265.0Very accommodating. Our vehicle broke down about a mile from them. We live 50 miles away from this location so we were not familiar with area. The entire staff at this office was extremely helpful. Great service and friendly people. Thank you Ryan, Kevin, Shannon, and Roger. Job well done.
- MMMizanurAug 20, 20261.0I reserved a Jeep Wrangler but received a Dodge Durango because that time there was not enough vans.Your representative said Durango was a more expensive one .My findings confirm the Wrangler typically carries a higher rental price. Therefore, I was charged for a premium vehicle (Wrangler) while receiving a standard one (Durango). This location overcharge me.
