- LLLi LJun 25, 20261.0I had an interlock device installed voluntarily before court date, and received a certificate of voluntary installation certificate. When I receive my court order, I need to recertify the installation as post conviction installation. The process of asking Intoxalock for the re-certification is a nightmare. I called numerous times and talked to all the service agents, I got different answers on how to proceed, different email addresses to send my documents to and I am still not able to get the re-certification paper. I am under strict timelines to get the proper part work so I can take them to NJ MVC for a restricted license. Can someone help me? Sincerely Li Li

The prices vary if you sign up online or call in to one of their "closers". They also charge about 50% more if you pay every 2 weeks instead of monthly. I get it, it's a business, but don't brag about upfront pricing when prices varied and were negotiable. Also, the place I got the install done charged me $350 because my car is new. new. I was quoted $250. Well, it's 2026 and my 2025 Versa is the same as a 2024 Versa. There is no new wiring. Same car.
