Each and every staff member I interacted with were great and helped answer questions along the way. Once your car goes in to the shop they analyze what needed to be done, then they called me to let me know what exactly they were going to do. They also updated me when they ordered parts and lastly the quote of what it was going to cost me. They have a great widget on their website that you can refer, to see the breakdown of the final cost. All in all, there are no complaints. I am very much happy with the fix.
