I went into the store to purchase 3 new wipers for my vehicle. Mario waiting on me and went over and above for my needs. He put the new wipers on for me with no hesitation. He is an asset for the store. Thank you Mario..

Trash store. They’ll sell you used parts in new boxes, and charge you for the wrong parts. It’s been done countless times. If you don’t spoon feed a part number you’re guaranteed a wrong part 100% of the time. Rather deal with Napa from 1979

I needed a replacement light bulb for my truck tonight. Auto zone online said the Bridgeton store was open until 10pm. I walked in at 9:30pm. When I walked in, a man was mopping the floor…. 3/4 of the floor was soaking wet. The store wasn’t even closed yet. If someone fell, they’d sue the store. I asked about the bulb I needed. I had just came from Walmart up the road. That young man was EXTREMELY helpful and kind. But Walmart didn’t have the certain bulb. So as I asked the people at Autozone about the bulb I needed. the man mopping hardly spoke but said, over there, pointing to an isle. Rather than be helpful, he just kept pointing….definitely not inconveniencing himself. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE…… I was having difficulty finding it. He let me crawl on the floor trying to find it while he stood pointing to it. Walmart employee got 5 Stars. Autozone employee gets 1 star.
I won’t be back..

When I first walked in, I went to the counter and showed the relay switch the employee. He told me to check aisle one.
I went to aisle one and looked for the part but couldn’t find it anywhere. I went back to the counter and told him I couldn’t find it. He spoke with another coworker, and they told me they didn’t have that kind of relay switch or that they don’t sell it. The first time, they didn’t even look it up in the computer system—they just told me they didn’t have it.
I said thank you and went back to my vehicle. After talking with my friend, I decided to check the AutoZone website. The website showed that the store actually had the part in stock. I went back inside and showed it to them on my phone. The employee typed the part number into the system, and sure enough, the part was there. They had exactly one left in stock.
It was frustrating because if they had simply checked the computer the first time, it would have saved time and confusion. Customers depend on employees to look up parts and verify inventory before saying the store doesn’t carry something.

***update at end.I see all these wonderful reviews & hate 2 upset anyone but my experience was not the same.i bought a battery2 weeks ago,& put a new alternator in.ibwentbin 2day to let the guy do a recheck from a check he did a week ago & its too long to explain which may or may not explain why MARIO seemed 2 dismiss like he did & giv me his "10 year professional opinion"but he did & he was dismissive of wat I was tryna explain 2 him acting like oh well 2 my problem cuz he seemed 2 kno wat it was tho he half listened 2 me & did not see or kno wat my car is about or how it operates.ppl swarm there looking 4 unprejudiced help or nonpresumsious help which is not wat I received & after working on this car by myself doin bout $1,000 worth of work already I don't need the attitude that was bein hidden in a coy way.he must b used 2 dealing wit dumb ppl but I'm not.Service could definitely b better especially coming from who I'm told is co-manager.he seemed like a person that dont like no one questioning him which is not wat I was tryna do but he took it like that.ive spent too much money over the years to b treated like I was.***03-05-26-i do have an update bcuz I did contact customer service & was given exceptional treatment.i do feel an obligation to tell the truth wen possible & at the same time I don't like reviewing negativity at anytime but I'm glad it worked out.i returned to the store & besides being told I could not have the core to battery which the napa says that is not true they can give me any core,& dealing exactly wit the person who I advised about being coy again by asking me did I do something particular to my vehicle(I suppose maybe he was tryna b nice, but telling me wat to do is wat started this in the 1st place)I am satisfied.bsides this, thank u.
