- MFMr Flats2 days ago5.0I pulled in for a quick oil change and was thoroughly impressed by the service. The team was incredibly efficient, greeting me right away and getting straight to work. I really appreciated how they communicated every step of the way, explaining what they were doing without trying to push unnecessary upsells.I was in and out in no time. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for hassle-free maintenance!
- JJJohnSep 28, 20261.0After the whole intro and beginning the process they then tell me they don't have my filter in stock. They said they can order one and come back another day or if I go to the auto parts up the stree and buy my own then they can do it and "I wouldn't be charged for the fitler" They weren't busy so I figured just get this done. I went up the raod paid $20 for the filter and came back. I assumed I wouldn't get the whole thing off but at least $10 if not $15. Well after we are all done it turns out there is no discount for bringing your own filter. So I paid extra. I don't know if I can even blame thie kids running the place, I think they have no clue amd just click on computer boxes. But management is responsible for common sense training. Never going back to this place. They are not cheaper than Jiffy Lube..

- LMLaurann MarcheseSep 18, 20265.0Steven was the gentleman that service my car. I found him to be extremely polite and knowledgeable about my vehicle. He was a pleasure to work with. Kudos to Steven!!
- SOStacey OnelloSep 9, 20262.0Oil change with employee that could care less that she had a job. Moved like she was in a pool of honey. Did not go over anything. Did not complete the point checklist. Did not offer any other service. Was a little snarky when pulling in then had to back out and come in again. Overall not satisfied with what I endured for the price I paid.
