- BRBrian ReegAug 14, 20261.0I have been using Valvoline for many years for all my vehicle oil changes. I usually go to the Wall or Deptford locations. This was my first and will be my last visit at the Brick location. That’s unfortunate since is 5 minutes away. They had me in the bad 3x longer than normal. The manager, Kristian does not care about working here at all. They didn’t check wipers, blinkers and brakes. He asked me if I wanted air or the air filter checked. No other facility does this. They do the Alexa’s same service every time. This place is terrible. Then he warned me there may be dripping from some spillage from when they did the oil change. I literally asked him why he didn’t do all the checks, his answer was he could if I wanted but he just forgot. Meanwhile the other bays are all doing the protocol. Don’t come here. Go to Wall. If you get Kristian, pull away. For freaking real. Management- pay attention to this text. Feel free to reach out.
