- SNSamantha Nock5 days ago1.0Went in at 9am for an oil change. They told me I should get work done on my brakes... fine, I agreed since I've heard them making noise on and off. We'll apparently trusting them with my car was a GIANT MISTAKE. I spent the ENTIRE DAY trapped in that building. By 1pm I was begging them to please get me a rental car because they couldn't put my car back together. Now I have a $110 fee because I couldn't pick my kids up from school on time and my car won't be fixed for at least FOUR MORE DAYS. I will absolutely NEVER be coming back for any reason.
