  Please explain to me how Pilot can make so much money. But can't make their truck parking bigger. I'm so tired of hearing " if you want parking, get there early. " Well maybe take into consideration that not every trucker has that option. And what's the point of paying ahead of time. If the staff isn't going to make someone move. Who hasn't paid when all spots are taken up. All Pilots need to do better. Not just this location.

  Close to the highway with clean bathrooms. Nice well stocked mini mart with subway.

  The parking facilities provided are exceedingly limited and cramped, with only a small number of designated spots available for reserve parking, totaling merely ten spaces. Accessing these spots presents considerable difficulty due to their immediate proximity to the fuel pumps. This particular Pilot location primarily serves as a refueling point for vehicles, and finding suitable parking accommodations at the adjacent TA facility is a significantly more favorable option for those requiring parking.

  As a traveler, this is one of the cleanest stops I've been to. The bathrooms were amazingly clean with regular soap and Gojo for grease and a full body mirror 🙌🏻 We found everything we needed at decent prices and there's a very friendly staff. The parking is very limited, thats why of my 4 stars. Other than that, it's by far one of the bests I've been to

  I stopped by this Pilot because I needed a shower before heading to the airport, and since I’d never used a truck stop shower before, I called ahead to ask if they had showers available. The woman who answered the phone, Tiffany, was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly, welcoming, and even called me “sweetie” (I’m from the Nashville, Tennessee area, so that made me smile!). That little bit of genuine kindness made me feel comfortable before I even got there. When I arrived, Tiffany greeted me with the same great attitude and personally showed me where the showers were. This is honestly not the level of customer service you expect at a truck stop—it’s so much better. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome, and Pilot is lucky to have her. She definitely deserves a raise or some kind of recognition for the way she treats customers. The showers were also very clean, which was a huge plus. My only minor complaint is that I couldn’t quite figure out how to make the water hotter—but that’s definitely not Tiffany’s fault! 😂 If you’re traveling late at night and need a clean shower before catching a flight or continuing your trip, I highly recommend stopping at this Pilot. Thanks again, Tiffany, for making a first-time experience such a positive one!
