Booked a 9:00 AM appointment, car didn’t go in until 11:00 with 4-5 people ahead of me, and I finally left at 12:00. Three hours for a reserved slot and 1 tire replace. The appointment time means nothing here - if you’re serving everyone first-come-first-served, don’t pretend to run a schedule.

The customer service at this location is phenomenal! Jackie helped me get a tire to replace one that was damaged the day before. She made arrangements for the tire to be delivered the same day. She contacted me when the tire arrived (which was much earlier than the timeframe I had been given), and the technicians completed the service within an hour. An additional shout out to manager Stacy, who also demonstrated that customer service is a priority for her and her team. Keep up the great work!
