  I recently went to the store located in Washington Township and was pleasantly greeted by a young man named David. His customer service skills were outstanding! My car was having a bit of trouble starting so I wasn’t sure if it was a battery issue or a starter issue since my electrical warning system had not alerted me to any problems but I had recently had a small accident . David happily checked to see if the battery cables were loose then checked the battery. The battery failed and he was able to determine how old the battery was and explained how long batteries typically last. Mine was old! Glad I didn’t get stuck on the road somewhere! He guided me to the correct one for my car and stayed close to my budget. He then installed the new battery within ten minutes!! This was a very pleasurable experience since I was not forced to sit in waiting room for hours!! Thank you so much for making this possible.

  I went in at 7:45, and I just got off work. Everyone knows Autozone puts batteries in the car for you. It's not a big deal. When I arrived I parked right infront of the door so it wouldn't be a hassle. I dont usually leave these reviews but this was rediculous. I went in I explained I need a battery. The guy just stood there and stared at me like why are you here? when made eye contact, no response, nothing. I said what was going on, and he shrugged his shoulders and said what do you mean? I said I need a battery. He asked my information and when he typed it in nothing came up. The manager came over and said to him, "Go in the back." I asked her if someone was there to put the battery in. She said they dont do batteries at night in the dark. It's July, and it doesn't get dark until 8:30. I said it's not even 8 pm, and it's not dark. She got Bitchy and said we are not a shop. DO NOT WORK IN CUSTOMER SEVICE OF YOU CAN'T DO YOUR JOB. If a simple battery job is too damn hard, why do it at all? I've always gone to autozone for my car. I won't be anymore. This was rediculous and I told them exactly that. Incompetence is becoming more common. You need to check your screening process when hiring. Do better Autozone.

  My 2007 Honda's alternator went, battery died right there in the parking lot at AutoZone. The employees were spot on with the diagnosis, charged my battery overnight, and went above and beyond their duty by making sure my daughter and I had transportation home as it was 9pm. New alternator and charged battery are great, but most of all, thank you for being kind and professional.
