I’ve been going to this Mavis for years now and wanted to take a moment to praise the current team they have after my most recent experience. I have seen employees come and go over the years, but one thing that has remained consistent, is their quality work and excellent customer service. Every time I’ve needed to get my car serviced, they’ve always had convenient appointment time slots available and been considerate of the time I needed my car back even when they were super busy. I have never once felt pressured to get any additional services done on my car here; in fact, it’s not very often that they call to tell me they found something that needs to be fixed that wasn’t a part of the original service, so when they do, I trust their judgment. When finding an issue, the staff takes the time to communicate what exactly they found in easy to understand terminology, how much the work would cost, how long it would likely take, and how urgent or non-urgent it is to fix so that I can determine if I want to do it now or later. As most know from their own experience, car maintenance tends to add up fast and can have serious financial consequences when unexpected, even more so now than ever. At this Mavis, the staff shows care and consideration of its customers’ financial situations by doing their best to work within your budget and keep the cost at a more manageable level when/where possible, and for that alone, I am deeply grateful for. Needless to say, their customer service is unmatched, especially with their current staff, and I strongly recommend anyone in need of the services they provide to check them out!

Such great service! They figured out a problem that no one else had diagnosed yet. Yes, I needed my two rear tires replaced, but I also needed my rear suspension replaced. After that, my car ran much smoother, and the grinding sound I'd been hearing while driving went away. I had a great experience with them. Highly recommend!
