I’ve been in the automotive industry for 20 years. I started out as an apprentice and worked my way up to a lead technician, service manager, and now business owner. Besides providing excellent auto repair service, I treat every customer as if they are a friend, and I treat every one of their vehicles as if it were my own. I build trust with my customers by providing exceptional service and customer experience - I am transparent from the moment they walk through the door.
I started at a young age and realized I had a knack for fixing things. Understanding how the different systems in a vehicle operate was very intriguing to me. Being able to take something that wasn’t working correctly and make the necessary repairs has always been rewarding.

I was recommended to Javier from another auto body shop down the road that didn't specialize in what I needed. I went in and explained my situation and the woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and understanding. When they couldn't find the part they needed locally, they offered to drive 25 minutes to the dealership and 25 minutes back to get the part so I could make it back to CT. They offered to drive me anywhere I wanted to wait while they repaired the part and pick me up once it was ready. It only ended up taking around an hour and a half and I was able to get back on the road. Their service and kindness was so incredibly appreciated and saved me from a sucky triple a interaction and 4 hours of waiting.
