  My fiancé and I recently purchased a Forest River Campsite Elite from this dealership and were helped by Brian Rea. Brian was extremely kind, knowledgable, and personable in our exchange. He was very interested in meeting our needs when choosing a trailer, and even assisted us in customizing the unit. Furthermore, the general manager Tom was very helpful in finding us a reasonable interest rate as well as going over the available warranty options! Overall, both of these individuals were super down to earth and good-natured and I am so thankful for their assistance during this process! We could not be happier with the service we received here.

  While traveling, we had an issue with a vent cover. They were very helpful and willing to accommodate our request.

  Everything was great until we changed our mind about buying the camper. Refuses to refund deposit. Had to file a claim on the funds, which they are saying they intend to dispute. Their argument that "it went into the shop to prep" and "we had to replace the awning fabric" is all things that would have to be done before anyone buying from them leaves the lot. Absolute scam of a company.

  0 stars. Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish. We bought a brand new 2026 trailer expecting a clean, fully functional unit. Instead, we got a defective, poorly prepared trailer that clearly was not inspected or serviced before delivery. On our very first camping trip, the sewer drain was completely clogged despite the trailer never having been used. That alone is inexcusable, but it didn’t stop there. Multiple issues we specifically brought up before taking delivery were ignored: a broken/malfunctioning awning, visible stains inside, and molding that wasn’t even attached to the wall. None of it was fixed, none of it was cleaned, and apparently no one cared enough to properly check their own product before handing it over. To make matters worse, trying to get help has been pointless. We’ve reached out multiple times and have been completely ignored—no callbacks, no support, nothing. Once they had the money, the customer service disappeared. This is not just poor service—it’s careless, unprofessional, and shows zero respect for the customer. I strongly recommend going elsewhere if you expect honesty, accountability, or even basic quality control.

  My wife and I stopped in here just to browse and get a feel for what was out there—we honestly weren’t planning on making any decisions that day. From the moment we walked in, though, Lauren at the front desk completely changed the experience for us. She greeted us right away with a genuinely warm, friendly attitude and made us feel comfortable immediately. Instead of just pointing us in a direction, she actually took the time to ask what we were looking for and made sure we were connected with the right salesperson. We never felt ignored or like we were just another number walking through the door, which is rare these days. Because of how smooth and welcoming that first interaction was, we ended up sticking around, taking a serious look, and actually signing a deal that same day. If it wasn’t for Lauren’s positive energy and attention to detail, we probably would’ve left and checked out another dealership. Great experience overall, and a big thank you to Lauren for setting the tone from the start. She made a lasting impression.
