Very disappointed with the entire team, especially the assistant manager. There was a clear lack of knowledge and customer service. It felt like the focus was only on charging the customer, rather than understanding the issue, helping properly, and making the customer feel valued.

I went in for an oil change and specifically told the team that my car had been leaking a little oil. I asked them to check the leak while they were servicing the car. After checking it, they told me that the oil pan needs to be replaced. The problem is that they already drained and replaced the oil, even though they knew I would have to take the car somewhere else to have the oil pan repaired—and they do not provide that repair service themselves. This means I now have to pay to have the oil pan replaced and then pay for another oil change, essentially paying for the oil twice. This could have easily been avoided if they had handled the situation properly and explained the issue before draining the oil. A professional oil-change service should be knowledgeable enough to recognize this situation and communicate with the customer before performing a service that will have to be repeated. I understand that they may not repair oil pans, but they should have told me that before draining the oil. Good customer service is more than just changing the oil and charging the customer—it is about doing what is best for the customer. Very frustrating experience, and unfortunately I would not recommend this location based on how this was handled. No knowledgeable at all

Way overpriced and they will get you with your AC system supposedly running low on Freon - don’t fall for this — my AC was icy cold 🥶 and they came up with this BS saying that it claws running low on Freon — I fell for it now after $162 + taxes my AC is worse and not blowing icy cold air like before — this is a trap 🪤 to generate more sales income - be smart and avoid this place - I have 4 cars 🚗 running in under my roof they just lost 4 customers in one shot — it is unreal that any of those mechanic business can’t help at one point but to start tricking customers !! Always the same BS
