  I was charged a fee for returning an unsafe vehicle and have yet to have the issue resolved. Outsourced customer service has been less than helpful in addition to the condescending manager at this location.

  Beware that they charge you for 2 extra days if the car is returned 5-10 minutes late on a Saturday and there is nothing you can do about it. I even had a time stamped video of me putting the key in the return box and it did nothing.

  I have used different enterprises in the past. I would just like two comment how professional friendly and accommodating Jacob was at the Belmar location. He went beyond and above In making me as a customer stress-free in my experience as I was waiting for my card to be repaired. I would definitely recommend this Enterprise and would use them in the future. 🙂

  Absolute joke of an experience from start to finish. I rented a car well in advance and called twice to confirm the pickup — once two weeks prior and again 24 hours before. Our family and a friend’s family were taking a trip upstate, so we specifically requested and paid for a 7-passenger AWD vehicle. Our reservation clearly stated we would receive a “Dodge Durango or equivalent” with AWD. When I arrived to pick up the car on the day of departure, they didn’t have any vehicle available for us at all, despite my confirmation the day before. I sat in the office while the manager frantically called what seemed like every Enterprise in New Jersey trying to locate a car. Eventually he found one, but it wasn’t even close to what we had paid for. We were sent to the Enterprise in Eatontown completely out of our way and given a 2WD Hyundai with a nearly empty gas tank. This threw a wrench into the entire day and completely defeated the purpose of reserving a specific vehicle weeks in advance. To make matters worse, every attempt to contact Enterprise corporate or customer service afterward led nowhere. Calls weren’t returned and no effort was made to address or rectify the situation. We’re not people trying to galavant around in a luxury SUV for fun. We’re two regular families trying to travel safely in winter conditions upstate, which is why we specifically reserved an AWD vehicle in the first place.
