  I could tell they mean well and do their best, they just gotta do a better job at handling more then 5 people at the store at once.I waited for a solid 45 minutes after having a rental reservation with the reserve #, Was patient and waited for the guy to get back because he was working with others, perfectly understandable, he acually had great manners.But when i walked in originally he suggested a Genesis which maybe would be available if someone didn’t take it cool. Although i did talk with my insurance he did book a reservation for a car for the day i went , but the dude told me he didn’t have me acually scheduled in the system.So when it came down to it and he came back to process me, turns out he tells i am a year too young to rent a luxury vehicle, therefore no rental, he had an suv avaible but i dont need that type of space and it costs more. I could have went down the road to the TR location and saved that time if my boy just asked me if i was 25 before suggesting a vehicle that’s avaible,when you don’t know if I’m capable of renting it. He was busy handling multiple people didn’t have to time to look up my information when i walked in.But just to clarify, my insurance company did reach out to this branch and we did have a rental reservation number now I could be wrong, but doesn’t that mean at least one rental vehicle of my type would be available?Now i wasn’t scheduled cool, understand so everyone reading this, show up an hour early and book a reservation like a restaurant i guess. This branch had two people working on a Teus in bayville during rush hour. Convo went Hey sir how are you doing what are you looking for any standard vehicle, any econ sedan at all we don’t have much of anything left besides a gensesis and a minivan, Cool then the 45 min waited started. coulda just been like bro are you 25 if not you can’t rent this bad boy out. This was at closing time as well basically so i had no time to go to other branch.

  Didn’t expect everything to go along so easily and quickly plus the added friendly service.. Go to Enterprise, they have it all figured out.

  If you need to rent a car- enterprise in Bayville is the place to go. Excellent customer service and responsive to all your needs.
