Excellent service from start to finish. The technician came directly to my home and replaced my driver’s-side window after it was cracked by a rock on the highway. He was professional, efficient, and had everything completed in about 25 minutes. The whole process was quick and hassle-free. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

When I made my appointment I was told the process could take 2 to 3 hours. It was a Saturday morning so I was thinking my entire Saturday morning would be spent waiting for my car. I was wrong. Everything was done in just under an hour and I was very surprised and pleased with the work. Excellent work!

Every time i've been here, they don't even touch my vehicle until hours after my scheduled appointment. I was told they would replace the glass and recalibrate the sensors here on site (I had to bring it into the shop, they can't do calibration at home I guess), but then after waiting for hours I was told they can't calibrate the cameras and I need to go to a dealership to have it done. Will have to waste 2 days now instead of just one while driving without the lane assist tech, etc.

Would give a 0 if I could. Poor quality work and put me in a dangerous situation. I had my windshield replaced, they didn't connect my windshield wipers after the work. I was traveling the next day and got caught in a heavy downpour on a major road with no place to pull over. The wipers didn't work. At the time, I didn't know this was because the technician didn't reattach. Because I was traveling I needed to find someone local to that area to have them fixed. I sat in a mechanics office for 4 hours and paid $125 to have the car fixed from what this location didn't do. I called Safelight and explained how they, not only, didn't properly do the work, but they also put me in a dangerous situation. I felt dismissed, unheard, and as if it wasn't their problem. I was then told the only way they'd do anything to assist is if I brought the car to them (I was over 2 hours away and already had the work done). They then told me they'd have a regional manager (or some title like that) call me. That was over 9 months ago and still no call. Would NEVER use them again.

I scheduled Safelite through USAA to repair a very small chip in my windshield. Unfortunately, during the repair, the small chip turned into a large crack across a significant portion of my windshield. The technician told me the crack was “aesthetic,” but also said that if it spreads further, the windshield will need to be replaced. I now potentially face a $500 insurance deductible to replace a windshield that did not need replacement before the attempted repair. I contacted Safelite Corporate Customer Care hoping they would help resolve the situation, but they declined to provide any assistance. I understand that there is always some risk when repairing a chip, but I’m extremely disappointed that I sought professional repair to prevent a small chip from spreading and ended up with substantially more damage and potentially a $500 expense.
