  Absolutely horrible. They cancelled last minute because they said they didn’t have experienced techs to do a windshield for my car and that I would need to go to their location. They said they would call back to reschedule and never did. I Tried calling them back and they don’t answer. They obviously can’t or don’t want to do the job. Don’t waste your time with this company very disappointing and not what they advertise.

  after waiting for a week they call me day before appointment to tell me that glass for my car only will be there in 13 business days.

  I had a windshield chip repaired. It was a pretty bad chip, around the size of a quarter with several cracks protruding from the point of impact. The repair came out really good. The cracks are undetectable and the exact point of impact only looks like a water droplet. I've done many repairs with kits from the auto parts stores and they can't compare to a Safelite repair.

  Safelite was great to work with. Very easy to plan the appointment. The quality of the craftsmanship was high.
