That location need to get their customer service on point. There was lack of communication and misinformation given when calling to schedule a visit for service to be done. It was like the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing...lot more to say but too much to type on here. Please if they can get their act together and you will keep getting my business.

My car was dropped off for an alignment at ~9:30 am. I was already told that it would be roughly 2 hours wait time so I said okay that’s fine. I came back around 11:45 to see my car in the same spot so I went in expecting to just take my keys and go on my way.
Upon entering, I was told they tried to reach me around 9:42 am saying it was done. I paid for my alignment at 11:44 am and was sent on my way, but I asked for the result sheet prior to leaving.
The advisor came back saying it wasn’t completely finished and they needed more time to finish the job. (Why would they have told me it was finished and let me pay if in reality it was not finished?)
I ended up staying until past 1 pm when the job was “supposed” to be done at 12 noon.
I also should note that my dash cam shows that the car wasn’t looked turned on until after 12:05, meaning it was not completed before 9:42 like they said.
