My experience at Mavis was wonderful! The employees were so professional and courteous. They even informed me of discounts available on their website. The location was quite convenient. There was a large 3 seat tabletop with outlets for phones and laptops so you can work while you wait. This is my 2nd time at Mavis and they did not disappoint. If you want quick, service at a very reasonable price, pay them a visit.

Youssef, Chris and entire Mavis staff took care of all my needs in really good time. Once vehicle when into garage it was completed in amazing time. They were also battling computer and system problems and was still able to complete my vehicle in timely fashion. Would definitely recommend the services at Mavis in Bayonne.

I called for a set of mud graps the original guy sounded very confused and very nasty, I called a second time a lady answered and I told her the tire size and told her I’m looking for a set of mud graps from my duramax and she politely told me they’ll have to order them which I’m glad the lady knows what she talking about for the original guys saying he’s the store manager and not know what mud graps I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all

I come to Mavis all the time, this time for a nail in my tire. I was a walk in and Christopher took care of me immediately. He confirmed I had a warranty and told me it would be about an hour. I walked over to the near by strip mall to kill time and 45 minutes later my tire was done! Thanks to Christopher my tire didn’t need replacing just a repair. He showed exemplary customer service and addressed any issues/questions I had.
