  Had a good experience here. Location was easily accessible, getting and returning the car was fast and easy. Car was in good condition and Nico was great. Have gone through a couple of rental company’s in jersey, thjs would definitely be one of our go-tos for options of getting a car. Good thing too that there is a pump just across for top up before return.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. I called ahead and was told a rental vehicle would be available for me at 1, 3, and 4:00 PM because my car was involved in an accident where the other driver’s insurance accepted full responsibility and was covering my rental. Each time I arrived they had NOTHING for me. When I arrived, I was first told I needed full coverage on my own insurance and some type of waiver, even though the at-fault driver’s insurance had already confirmed they were paying for the rental. I got the waiver. I was then told the vehicle had “suddenly been extended,” despite being told to come pick it up. I spoke with another employee and even the regional manager the same day. After I explained my situation, they told me they could get me into a vehicle. They took my driver’s license and ID and told me to wait while they prepared the car. After waiting again, the same employee who had turned me away earlier came back out and said they still couldn’t rent me the vehicle. The biggest issue wasn’t even the denial—it was the inconsistent information and wasted time. I made multiple trips, waited twice, and received different explanations from different employees. If I wasn’t eligible, I should have been told that from the beginning instead of being repeatedly told a car was ready. In that case I would've made the proper adjustments, but they did not communicate properly or even try to help me with what I came in for. The manager is extremely sketchy and every higher up I spoke to seemed to be weirded out with the situation. I will never be using enterprise again. Especially because of this location and the rude and unhelpful manager that I dealt with. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.
