  Ramez was amazing! I came in for a battery checkup. He informed me about my battery level - I can either recharge the battery or get a new one (knowing my car’s running with it for close to 5.5 years) He did NOT try to upsell me the most expensive battery just because of the price/warranty - which I appreciated. I bought the battery at a decent price. He suggested I also buy a repair kit to reduce corrosion (only $4). He removed the old battery and put in the new one in less than 20 minutes. He was informative and easy to work with. Thank you so much! Will definitely come back.

  As a novice driver with a disability and very little knowledge of the inner workings of my vehicle, I am often reluctant to ask for help. Unfortunately, my past experiences have sometimes left me feeling embarrassed or talked down to by people who seemed impatient with someone who wasn't mechanically inclined. That was absolutely not the case at this AutoZone. From the moment I spoke with Renee, the Store Manager, I was treated with kindness, patience, and genuine respect. Her demeanor immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable explaining my issue without fear of judgment. Along with her assistant, Gabby, they took the time to listen and help me troubleshoot the problem rather than simply pointing me toward a product and sending me on my way. Together, they helped me determine that the issue was likely a simple fuse. What impressed me most was that Renee didn't just tell me which fuse to buy, she had me remove the old fuse so we could verify it was the correct one. She then personally helped me locate the exact replacement, ensuring I left with confidence that I had the right part. I work in customer service myself, and when I receive the same level of care and attention that I strive to give others, it reminds me why great service matters. Renee and Gabby made me feel like my small purchase was important, but more importantly, they made me feel like I mattered. I left the store with my vehicle issue resolved, a smile on my face, and a renewed appreciation for what outstanding customer service looks like. I am still grinning knowing I was able to fix the problem thanks to their guidance. Renee and Gabby are tremendous assets to AutoZone, and because of the exceptional experience they provided, I can confidently say that I will be returning here for all of my future automotive needs. Highly recommended!

  It could be 5 stars really. But some employees here lack the will to help someone who is looking for professional advice. Autozone is not a supermarket that one just walk in, pick and go pay. Some stuff need professional care and advice and i didnt get it on this place. Furthermore, I went to the one in Union City and they were able to find my account, get me what I needed. Even came outside to look at my car for my needs and then, that's how you make customers. Lady sitting on a chair typing and a newby who didn't know anything about cars. I live 4 minutes away from this autozone but will rather prefer to drive 30 minutes to the ones on Jersey City and Union City, to which there are people who don't give you an attitude and know exactly what you want.

  Bad experience, would recommend advanced auto or jersey Autozone then this clown show that going on here
