- LBLady BugApr 18, 20181.0Very disappointing both Basking Ridge location and Morristown location did not explain AT ALL the polices of no overnight parking at both locations. I go to pick up my car in Morristown on Friday morning that is when am told of the polices. But what made matter worst the staff in Morristown had no customer service skills at all no one went above and beyond to try to fix the situation preatty much the only communication from the gal behind the counter was let me move your reservation to Basking Ridge no one in Morristown explain that the NO OVERNIGHT PARKING rule was at both locations. I get to Basking Ridge the only car on the lot is a gas guzzler truck which would not work I was travelling far. Am out of luck Plus I wasted half of Friday morning driving from location to location for what nothing. In the end I took a Uber to Menlo Park train station and got a Amtrak train north to Maine to visit family. F+++++ Very Poor customer service never again.
