    The car was not washed before pick up. I saw insects walking outside the windscreen. The tank was only a quarter full.

    I had an issue with my vehicle, customer service sent me to this location but Michael dismissed my situation and didn't change the vehicle. Customer service told me 'he was under the obligation to solve my issue' but didn't.

    Enterprise saved me in that crazy storm April 2nd. Samuel picked me up and Ally helped me with everything else. Very professional would highly recommend!

    We rented a minivan from here through Costco. The car was in fantastic condition and very comfortable. The service is excellent. On the way back to return the vehicle we got stuck in traffic and I called the manager to ask them to stay open an extra 15 minutes and he agreed. When we arrived, we were greeted with a smile. We also didn't have time to fill up the gas tank and we were charged the pump price, there were no penalties. The biggest bonus is that we were given a ride home to Bridgewater which was 25 minutes away in rush hour. Normally they only give rides in the local area since there is another Enterprise in bridgewater. First class service with a smile!!! Highly recommend this rental company location.
