Had a 9 am appointment for a tire repair. Simple job.
Was told over the phone it would take about 45 minutes to an hour to be done.
Got there 10 minutes before my appointment, was informed they were finishing working on the appointment before mine and I would be next. I went home and returned about an hour and a half to pick up my car.
My car was still in the same place I left it, nothing done!
The kid working the front yold me that they were still catching up. Funny thing was there was just one car ahead of mine when I dropped it off. Now there were at least 5 cars in the lifts.
The problem here was my repair cost $40 so not a priority, even though I had an appointment!
Avoid this place! Horrible service and attitude from the employees

recently brought my car in for an 11:00 AM appointment and dropped it off around 10:30 AM. I was told it would take approximately an hour and a half to inspect my brakes.
Four hours later, after hearing nothing, I called for an update and was told my vehicle had not even been put on a lift yet. At that point, I had already rearranged my day based on the timeframe I was given. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication. If the shop was running behind, I would have appreciated a phone call or a more realistic estimate from the start.
I understand that unexpected delays happen in automotive repair. However, an appointment should mean something, and customers should be kept informed when timelines change significantly. Having to call several hours later to find out my vehicle hadn’t been looked at yet was frustrating.
There were multiple repairs that needed to be completed but I chose the least time consuming one considering I had expected to receive my car back hours prior. Plus, how am I suppose to trust a location that tells me one thing, like your call will be looked at in a hour, and then does another. This location use to be better. I will not be bringing it back

You know I had a problem in Tuckerton Mavis but I figured I'd give barnegat a shot. I brought my truck in to get My wheel's aligned and the guy told me that I had a bent rim And he wasn't going to charge me for that wheel which I thought it was pretty good that they were truthful and it was only $68. What they didn't tell me is that the center cap that goes over my special rims cracked and they never put it back on. So that's going to cost me an extra $55. They did call me and tell me they forgot my lug wrench so I went and picked that up but I thought I was picking up the cap too originally. They didn't put it on my receipt that they broke the cap but he told me over the phone that they put it on his end that the mechanic had a problem with it. I don't know why they couldn't be truthful and show me that day it showed me that it was cracked. If they would have did that then they still would have had a customer. I don't like shady shit.
