I had a great experience at Mavis! The customer service I received from Devin was excellent from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the service being done. Great experience at Mavis! The whole shop was professional, welcoming, and made everything quick and easy from start to finish. Dev, the manager, especially stood out. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to make sure everything was handled properly without making me feel rushed or pressured into anything.
You can tell he takes pride in how the shop is run and making sure customers leave satisfied. The rest of the team did great work as well, and the service was efficient and professional. Definitely a shop I’d feel comfortable coming back to and recommending to others. Keep up the great work!

I have been to Mavis twice, both times for tires. My first time here I had a flat tire with no appointment. They took me in right away with hardly any wait. My second time here I had an appointment and they were wonderful. My car was brought back quickly, they communicated any additional issues that may be needed and explained in detail what the issues were so I understood. Definitely recommend Mavis!
