  Called to schedule an oil change and tire rotation. Appt scheduled for 7:30 am on a Saturday morning 8/22/2026. I get there and and waited a few minutes in my car for my appt time and for them to open. I get a call right before my appt time and am asked if I have an appt at 7:30. The employee proceeds to tell me that they have no mechanic until10:00 am. I told him I made the appt and he said they are from Pakistan and asks if I am going to leave my car. I told him I had no ride home and I left. I called the Mr Tire number on my way home and scheduled a 10:00 am appt for the same day. (today Saturday August 22nd) She apologized and said she would make me a priority. I go back and it is 9:45 am and a car is inside being worked on. I was told no mechanic until 10:00. The guy inside says he doesn’t see my appt so I show him my phone with the notification of my scheduled appt date and time. He said he believed me and he said but it probably won’t be looked at until around 12:00. I said I was told I would be a priority as I originally had a 7:30 am appt. He said the cars being worked on are from yesterday. So another couple came in and he proceeds to assist them. I called a friend to pick me up so I can get my car done and he heard me tell my friend that he took the next customers. He said “they are leaving their vehicle”. The kind customer gave me the paper that needed to be completed with my vehicle information to get my car taken care of, not the employee! I witnessed this other customer ask how long it would be for him to get his car taken care of as they were just here for the weekend, and the employee say” it could be an hour or two or three but we don’t know what’s wrong with it” just very bluntly. He didn’t really look at you when he was being spoken to. No customer service skills at all. This customer left without getting service and I don’t blame him. The employee tells me we get bad reviews because of the scheduling system being done by Pakistan's. I wanted to say “no, bad reviews are from the poor customer service you provide”! This employee walked away more than once with me inside to tell this other customer he can’t walk in the garage and another to park the car as he can’t be where he was. It was all around the worst possible service. It was my first and last time I will ever go to Mr Tire in Absecon!!!

  We were leaving AC and felt a vibration in our newly installed tires that were purchased in New York. We stopped at Mr Tire to investigate the issue and Rob couldn't have been more accommodating. He saved us from what could have been a very dangerous situation as he found loose lug nuts and unbalanced tires! I can't recommend this Absecon location enough and am so appreciative of the service we received from Rob. Thanks again.

  The Store Manager (The white guy) was RUDE as can be and CLEARLY AWFULLY RACIST! I will NEVER step foot in that shop again (Absecon). He claimed my coupon was fake and that I was being rude…I pulled up the Mr. Tire Website where I received the coupon and he claimed it was a “FAKE WEBSITE”??? How when I made my appointment that you can see in your system??? He needs to be replaced ASAP. BRO HAVE 1,000 seats and get close to God. God does not bless actions like that and I pray for your employees that are of color working there. It was an incredibly terrible experience and that man should be ashamed of himself. I took my car back in fear that he would damage it and RAN, not walked, up the street to Pep Boys! He overpriced my oil change and extra $40 more than it should have cost. I pray for your healing and your soul, and heart old man. You need the Lord and clearly need love.

  I dropped my vehicle off a after 9:30am and it's now 3:40pm in which I took an Uber here to pick up my car because nobody called to let me know they were finished. All I received was an oil change and it took 6 hours. No customers, after I was told it be ready by 11 am

  I reminded upon my arrival for my tire rotation and pil change to not forget to turn the maintenance light off. They said we always remind our staff to do the same. Unfortunately 20 minutes down the road after my departure the maintenance light came back on. I didn't have time to turn around. Later that day I had a mechanic friend check my oil, light eyc. He said my oil was low when I just had it changed, filled and they broke the cover and of course did not mention or replace. I have been going to mr tire for many years in two different states. I had another issue with another location where they didnt change the filter and put the cap back on correctly. If my friend the mechanic hadn't seen my car leaking oil and address the situation I would have had a major calamity. I called that location which was absecon and the Mgr dis not take responsibility and gave me a hard time. Had i not had a mechanic check their work I would have had my engine seize up.
