  The replacement of our windshield this week was very smooth. Angel did a wonderful job. He worked diligently and efficiently with a great explanation afterwards of what to expect.

  Both team members Caesar and Cody were great! The phone call to set up the appointment with Caesar was easy and he was very personable. Cody the technician was great as well. I did not have the normal easy windshield replacement, mine was a side power window on an old truck that required a lot of time and patience. Cody did a great job, never got frustrated and was very personable as well. Both team members seemed to really enjoy their jobs as well as people which is very hard to come by these days. Start to finish, a great experience. It's nice to have a company do what is promised as well as the convenience of having them come to me.

  Online was easy to use except for trying to determine what quality/brand of windshield was being quoted. CHAT wasn’t helpful so I had to dig for local phone number to confirm. Otherwise, the process was slick. Jeffrey arrived minutes before scheduled appointment, was super friendly and communicated everything he was going to do, what he was doing and what he did. He made me feel assured the job was going to be done right.

  One star is generous! I paid for their premium package and I paid for it ahead of time before my appointment and I regret that. Guy calls me two hours before my appointment and tells me he is going to cancel but will call me back in two hours to be for sure… 4 hours later I am calling him and he says “oh yes I can make it, I’m coming to you next” 3 hours I am calling and my number is blocked and nobody comes. I call and reschedule for a whole week later and the lady on the phone said “we will give you 2 dollars back” how generous! A week later I go and get my windshield fixed, this time I have to go to them. They get glass all over the place, fine I clean this up and move on with my day…I get a certificate that my recalibration was done and was a success… Five minutes later my car starts beeping at me of how my recalibration is off… I then call and have to set up ANOTHER appointment for another week later. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I have called the store 10 times today to ask a question about my appointment and nobody is answering. This place was recommended to me by so many people and I’m just so upset by the experience I have had.
