  Horrible experience. Very poor customer service and dishonest bordering on FRAUD. Was supposed to have a tinny chip repaired. Technician “Kegan” was 45 minutes late. He than cracked my windshield and wants me to pay for a new one. Please save yourself the headache and choose a local glass company. This also makes me question Progressive insurance who has Safelite administering their glass claims. If they are this lousy with a small claim what happens when they are really needed. Can’t speak to a real person with Progressive insurance. Tried calling Safelite customer service and they mysteriously dropped my call.

  Excellent customer service and complete customer support from beginning to end ! Highly recommend and I’ll be using them for my fleet service in Sioux Falls

  Had to reschedule because of lack of personel, but not a problem. Tech showed up on time, and was friendly and appeared knowledgable of the job. Did his thing, cleaned up, and was on his way. Nice work!! A+. However, Safelite DID NOT disclose the disposal fee of $40.00 anywhere until the submit button was hit. This $40.00 put their bid above the competition, but the amount was negligible, and didn't want to make other arrangements and start a new process. Competition was up front with All charges that would be incurred.

  terrible out of the Ralston Location. Worst experience ever. They started the replacement on Tuesday, August 11, at around 330 PM. They finally finished the job on Monday, August 17th, at around 2:00 PM. It was a mess of lies, missed appointments, and rescheduling. Never again, and they didn't treat the windshield because they didn't have the right products. The whole thing should have been free after the mess they made. the tech that finished the job was great on Monday, the first tech and the manager nich and another tech named jeff lied more than they told the truth, and somehow wanted to shift the blame to me, the customer. Terrible deal and should have been free.

  The initial installation went as planned and the technician was professional although a 4 hour window is far to wide to just wait at home for someone to arrive. After they left we got a notice that it wasn't completed and a recalibration was necessary. That was rescheduled but no one showed up and I never got any notification after waiting noon - 5. Got a call the next day that a technician was available immediately, but I don't think they know people work and have other commitments other than waiting at home for them. Very unprofessional. I recently got notice from my insurance that they were billed. I'll be refuting that until the service is completed.
