- JFJames ForrestOct 7, 20265.0Jeffrey was great. Showed up when he said he would, kept us informed of the process and answered every question about the recalibration and what settings we may need to change after it was done and even how to do them.
- JGJb GdllOct 7, 20265.0The technician Gabby was very pleasant, clear in her communication and quick and efficient in the service provided.
- DMDaniel MurphyOct 5, 20261.0Safelite does not honor its warranty because there seems to be no way to actually reach anyone for warranty service. Their website tells me to call, but when I call, the automated AI service directs me right back to the website. I’ve also tried contacting them by email with no response. They did a great job on the original installation, and I was very happy with the work. Unfortunately, when an issue arose afterward, I discovered there is seemingly no way to speak with someone or get warranty support. A warranty doesn’t mean much if customers have no way to use it.
