Love this car wash. Never a long line and I like that there are two members entrances. My car is always shiny and clean afterwards. Plenty of vacuum stall with clean towels nearby. I also like the indoor mat washing station with cleaning spray, a brush and a spray down sink. The staff is regularly walking around checking the stalls and very nice.

I wash my truck at least twice a week and when I first started going to Tommy‘s, it was fantastic for the past year the one in Papillion, Nebraska for the past six months, it seems like one part of what I pay for is not working, but they charge me the full amount monthly every time. The last part that doesn’t work seems to be the precious in the Tire shine. I am looking for another place real soon. They do not give veteran or senior citizen discount or a multi car discount.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I have had a subscription for months and been very happy with it. Today I went through the wash in my new truck (new to me) and apparently the washing was strong enough to completely blow my rubber bed matt out of the truck. Brecken called me within minutes to let me know and when I came back Carlos put back in the bed for me so I didn’t have to get wet. Above and beyond!!! Would give 6 stars if I could!

When all seemed ordinary on a quiet afternoon, I set out on a simple mission: cleaning my truck. The vacuum roared to life, dust and crumbs disappearing one by one… until disaster struck. Without warning, the Center Console Organization Mat—guardian of order, keeper of loose change, defender of receipts—was swallowed whole by the merciless vacuum. Vanished into the dark abyss of hoses and filters. Hope seemed lost. But then… a hero emerged. His name was Kaizer. Known by few, respected by all, Kaizer stepped forward with fearless determination. Armed with nothing but quick hands, sharp instincts, and a pair of needle nose pliers, he faced the beast head-on. The vacuum fought back—growling, rattling, refusing to surrender its prize. But Kaizer would not be defeated. With precision and strength, he reached into the machine’s depths, battling dust and darkness until—victory. The mat was rescued.
Restored to its rightful place in the truck’s center console, balance was returned. Order had been saved. And Kaizer? He disappeared as quietly as he arrived… leaving behind only a legend.
They say not all heroes wear capes. Some wear a red polo.
