  I had an alignment done. From start to finish they were kind, patient, and gave helpful advice. They were so kind and helpful with every customer I noticed while I waited. Every time I go there I always leave feeling like my car is well cared for and the price was fair. Thank you, it means a lot.

  Chase and Ireland came to the rescue. They’re both professional and easy to work with. I came in to get my front brakes look at and they determined that I needed to get them replace. The pricing is very fair for the parts and labor compared to the dealership. I would highly recommend to price check with this place before taking it to an actual dealership.

  Been coming here for years, but this last appointment didn't make me feel good. The service advisor Mike was cool and friendly, ask for additional quotes on some repairs and he gave me a pretty good break down on what I needed, priority of the issue and a reasonable estimate. My issue was a 9am appointment for an oil change ended up being 2+ hours, my vehicle was returned with numerous oil marks from dirty hands and a grease stain on the kick panel inside the driver's door and on the carpet that I cleaned when I got home. What bugged me also, was when I pulled out of the drive, 4 tech's were sitting outside on a wall after I waited over 2 hrs for a oil change. I know this is a convenience, but I've done an oil change on this vehicle and rotated the tires under an hour. Maybe it's time to resume doing my own maintenance.

  I had a great experience working with Mike and the team. I brought my parents' car in for an inspection and estimate, and Mike was patient, friendly, and clear in explaining every detail of the process and what work was needed. When our plans changed unexpectedly, Mike took the time to understand our situation and work with us to figure out the best path forward. His honest communication and genuine customer care made all the difference. The brakes were fixed and the car works well now. Thanks Mike!
