Jeff and the team at Brakes Plus (72nd & Cornhusker) absolutely went above and beyond for us today. We had just purchased a high-mileage vehicle and noticed a concerning clunk. After looking underneath, we discovered a bolt in the suspension falling out and didn’t feel safe driving it far. From the moment I walked into Brakes Plus, I felt welcomed into a genuinely caring environment. Jeff took time to talk with me about the vehicle and mentioned his family had owned a similar one. He immediately said, “Not a problem – let me get it right back and take a look at it.” Within 20-30 minutes, Jeff came back with great news. They found and tightened the loose bolt, did a thorough inspection of the vehicle, and assured us it was actually in really nice shape. Then came the part that truly floored me – he said not to worry about the charge and just asked us to come back and see them in the future. In today’s world where it seems like everyone is charging for everything, this kind of integrity and customer care is rare and refreshing. I will absolutely be bringing back my vehicle, my wife’s vehicle, and all five of our kids’ vehicles for any future service needs. Thank you again, Jeff and the entire Brakes Plus team.
