  I got my battery replaced here. The person who replaced it connect the wires to the wrong terminal and blew my fuse. I went back to auto zone and asked for help covering the costs of the fuse repair and I was denied. Ended up costing me 3k. Do not go here

  Went in on a very windy day to get my battery checked and was helped right away! Gloria was quick and got me results fast and had such a nice attitude with helping me on such a cold weather day ! Great lady, great service . I think the other male employees should take notes on her work instead of siting on there phones behind the counter! Thanks Gloria

  Came in trying to figure out what kind of headlights I have and what my options are. Dude at the counter was hesitant to come out and look at my truck. It wasn’t until I informed him the C-Bar of my headlight was out and I didn’t need a bulb. The when he saw what I was meaning he told me “we won’t have that. Thats an entire component.” Yes I understand this. The entire housing needs to be replaced. When I questioned if AutoZone sold housing units - “well I mean we COULD order it but idk how long it will take to get here.” I won’t be returning to AutoZone if this is the kind of “service” they’re going to offer.
