  I had a phenomenal experience at Westgate with Nikki and her team. Her and Elijah were very personable and shot me straight. After dealing with numerous shops over the years I did not feel overly pressured by any upsells compared to those other places. Many shops could not tell me what was going on with My Ford explorer and didn’t take the time to properly diagnose the issue. Westgate took the time and space on their lot for 2-3 days to replicate the issue I was having and ultimately were able to pinpoint the alternator as being the cause. Once we decided to proceed with their replacement they made sure the issues I was having were actually fixed instead of installing the replacement alternator and calling it good. They were able to catch that my ford needed an OEM alternator and made sure they got the correct part at no extra charge to us. While the cost to replace was a bit higher than some of the other shops that quoted me, I ultimately chose to proceed with Nikki’s team because I felt better taken care of and they were very up front and honest and they won me over. Will definitely be a repeat customer for future service on both my vehicles.

  This place is an ABSOLUTE RIPOFF… I was charged 587$$ for a battery and installation as well as shop tools… The battery cost 200$$ I was charged 300$$ that was delivered not on hand and I was unable to furnish plus 100$$ for my programming of my Volkswagen … Then 118$$ for labor and 50$$ for tools… Waited over an hour and a half and was originally quoted 350$$…. THE WORST FOREIGN REPAIR SHOP IM OMAHA!!!

  They had my car for 4 and a half hours and they didn’t look at it ones. My driver side window wouldn’t roll back up. I called them and asked if they accepted walk in appointments, the worker on the phone Elijah said of course and said I could bring my car in right away, I said perfect and went to drop off my car. I dropped off my car, then walked over to the starbucks across the street. I sat on the patio to wait and occasionally glanced over at the repair shop, and I didn’t see my car move from the parking lot ones! After about 2 hours I call and ask for an update and they say that they were still looking for what was wrong when I could still see my car in the lot. I waited a bit longer, then a little before they closed I walk over to grab my car, and I walk in and Elijah said that they may have found what is wrong with my window, but would have to do it the next day. I asked if they could at least roll my window up, and they said they tried to do that when they never touched my car! They could have said that they didn’t have a chance to get the car into the garage but they full on lied to me. Pretty unprofessional in my opinion.

  I had an employee who was out traveling and started having break issues so I called Westgate as it was the first place to come up when searching for automotive service centers and it was the best choice I could have ever made. They were more than willing to work on our Promaster van. They shuttled our employee around and the communication was amazing. They never pressured us into having to get extra things done but made some recommendations on things that we should take care of. They had the van done in 2 days and our employee was able to continue with his travel schedule. Thank you so much for truly caring about your customers.
