Went for an oil change but got told I need a coolant flush, even though I had radiator replaced less than a year ago. Always trying to sell other services that aren’t needed.

Very unprofessional worker. They turned me away when I needed an oil change, their reason was I had “no oil”, which was a lie because I went to another place and they said the oil was filled like it was supposed to be.

Fast and friendly service! This was my first time here, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was impressed from the moment I pulled in. The team immediately knew what to do, guided me to my bay, and got right to work. With all the communication, teamwork, and guys calling things out, it honestly felt like I had pulled into a NASCAR pit stop! 😂
It was great seeing everyone work together so efficiently to get the job done. The manager, Scott, was also extremely helpful. He took the time to explain what my vehicle needed, what it didn’t need, and what he recommended without making me feel pressured. On top of that, he was a genuinely cool and friendly guy.
I had a great first experience and definitely wouldn’t hesitate to come back. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for fast, honest, and friendly service. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+

This is a review of a specific employee not the business as a whole. Ive gone to valvoline for almost a decade now. And up until now, had a positive review posted here. But a recent interaction with their employee is why im leaving this review. Here's what happened: im on my way to work. Approx 1pm Aug 17th. Im doing 45-50mph down Harrison Street near 115th or so. I look in my rear view mirror, and see a car in my lane absolutely flying. Not over exaggerating, he's doing at least double the speed limit. (A felony) i have a car in front of me. No one in the right lane. I checked the mirror again and confused on why he's not getting over. At this point im actually scared for my life bc there is no sign of slowing or signaling that he's doing to change lanes. Im left with two choices. I either immediately get over into the free lane, and he crashes into the car that is ahead of me. Or I do nothing and hope he changes lanes. This kid at the absolutely last minute makes an incredibly agressive lane change at the very last second. Coming within 1 foot of my vehicle. No blinker. No warning. If I swerved at all, he would have hit me. This is what aggressive jerks usually do to people when they are driving slow. After this jerk narrowly misses me, he continues to speed past me at an estimated 90+ mph. Just to get stuck in traffic a couple blocks in front of me. After he's blocked by this traffic. He proceeds to tail gate the living flock out of everyone in front of him. And I mean 2ft off of their bumpers until they get out of his way. Flooring his audi suv with Edward's intransits on it. Spewing literal smoke bc he's hammering it so hard. After I watch him tailgate and weave his way through a solid 8 cars. He speeds off and takes the turn on 108th. The drivers of these vehichles looked visually troubled from what just happened to them as well. Low and behold. I see him pull into valvoline. My guess, he was late to work or is a customer.. I continue to work as normal, not letting this jerk get to me. But on the way home. I notice that same audi sitting there. Something just snapped. I u turned, stopped by, asked for a manager to point out his employee is acting incredibly recklessly. The manager handled it professionally and sincerely despite me throwing around choice words. I did not confront the employee directly but instead witnessed him in the shop smirking and laughing at the situation with his buddy. The manager stated there is nothing they can do about what an employee does in his personal time. I understand that, but how I think about it. Why would anyone want someone so reckless working for them. He's a massive liability. Now I feel I cant go back to this place of business in fear of retaliation against me or my vehichle. I would never trust this reckless kid to work on anything. Its not just the fact that this kid is doing 90 mph down Harrison. Its how he did it, he sweverd last minute to avoid me bc he thinks its cute, or that his recently aquired smoking audi is cool. Zero blinker or any indication hes going to change lanes. Super agressive and wreckless. He thinks its ok to use his vehichle as a weapon, and bully people off the road. There has been loads of deaths at that exact intersection. I drive past crosses all the time now. Kids getting killed. When seeing his stupid suv on the way home. Something just snapped. This one time. Someone is going to do something about it. I feel like I have no choice. If this jerk keeps getting away with this. He's going to kill someone. I wish on everything I had a dash cam for everyone to witness. No one should ever hire and employ someone like this. I give thanks to the manager for his professionalism despite the situation, but I fear nothing will be done, the kid will still race to work. Some one will get hurt. I'll take down this review once this situation is addressed by management, or I no longer see his audi suv sitting in that parking lot. Sorry to put this on valvoline, I don't know what else to do.

I've been here twice and don't plan on going anywhere else anytime soon. Everyone that had helped me had been nice, professional and helpful. They don't try to upsell me on things and are honest about the condition of my filters and wipers. Valvoline almost always had a coupon available, even though they're prices are already reasonable, compared to walmart, jiffy lube, etc and are much lower than dealer services. I appreciate the good & quick service!
