  Ive always liked this shop. They are always fair. Always very nice. Never try to up charge or over sell. They tell you what's wrong. What the service manual for your specific vehicle recommends. Fast and easy to work with. There is a small premium. But never having to get out of your car is well worth it. Quality tools. Quality techs. Thanks guys!

  108th Valvoline is THE WORST! I went in for an oil change at 4:40pm. They LIED SCARED ME! I was told that I had a couple engine fires by Manager and 2 employees. Also that my car was a danger the coolant was mixing with oil, my car was unsafe to drive. I needed a Mechanic, I bothered my Mechanic friend, wasted 4 hours, Mechanic friend told me 100% lie! My car is old but it is fine to drive my Mechanic friend said! 108 Valvoline employees do not know how to do their job, they lie, and are lazy. DO NOT GO HERE, UNLESS YOU LIKE HAVING YOUR TIME WASTED!!!

  Excellent service and customer support from each of the staff members at VIOC. My automobile received attention to details and a thorough inspection (lights, wiper blades, filters, fluids, tire pressure, etc) while the oil change was being performed. I was able to experience professional pit crew service in a short period of time. Communication from each tech working on my vehicle was clear, concise, knowledgable and friendly. Thank you VIOC for your dedicated and professional work!

  Initially when I first started coming here after having issues at another valvoline I was impressed. I had issues with proper skid plate attachment at a previous one and this location made sure it was attached properly. Now the skid plate reattachment is an issue. The last couple times I have gone they say my skid plate is reattached. Within a day it is hanging down. I have taken it in and they say a couple clips are missing. First time they told me they will order some clips and call me when they arrive. They did not do that. When I told them about it they said they would have called if that is what I was told. They said they had some clips but again they fell out. And I had this same issue again where they said I had a couple clips missing. I told them I want the exact clips put in abd my skid plate fell again. When I get it changed at the dealer my skid plate never falls. It would be ideal if they knew how to put the clips back in correctly so skid plates don't fall. I wouldn't mind a couple extra minutes for great quality of work. I will no longer be coming here.

  This joke of a location had zero people in line or in any bays Tuesday afternoon around 3 pm. I was on a work call I needed to finish. To be out of the way I pulled to the far right of the driveway, with no one behind me, in line, or in any bays. I didn't realize that I was inconveniencing the employee that came out and told me to pull forward (for some reason). I did. That was also not the correct spot to be either. I turned around my vehicle pissed off and left. On way out I was still fuming and when I saw the employee jawing at me I did give him the bird. I would do it again today if I was in the same situation. I have used this location several times over the last 15 years and because of that employee I will never give them another dollar again. If this guys goal was to come out, upset a customer by asking them to move for no good reason, have them leave and never come back again with there vehicle, and never send any of his companies fleet vehicles in than he accomplished his goal and should be rewarded. After leaving there I went to a competitor less than 2 miles away and managed to not park in the wrong place, I drive in, get my vehicle serviced, paid, and I went on with my day.
