  My wife went in on Friday to get her oil changed the technician. Manuel was all over the board when he got done. she could see between the hood that all he did touch the radiator touched the battery, touched the oil dipstick and touch the tranny dipstick. not once did he check the oil level My wife drove out of there and when she got to Fremont the car started making some real nasty noises and she pulled into a parking lot and a friend came down and said you don't have no oil in your engine showed her the dipstick nothing went up. got 2 quarts of oil dumped it in. did not even reach the end of the dipstick. she called Manuel and he was so apologetic he drove out there drained the oil since the motor was still making a funny noise. went and picked up more oil. added it to it. drained it added some fresh oil and the filter and said that should take care of it. it did not. he proceeded to say that claims will take care of it. I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry that is all I heard from him is I'm sorry the next day had a long talk with the claims people got in touch with the shop with the tow truck. had it towed there and several hours later my wife gets a call saying they reviewed the footage and they did nothing wrong and refuses to pay the claim 😠 I called them. had a long talk with them and said if man you well did not do anything wrong number one. why would he even drive out there number two? why would he drain the oil twice number three? he said they put the wrong oil in and that's what the problem was. and I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry and I'm so sorry that's all I heard out of him. I've been around cars most of my life and I do know todd. even if it was a straight weight oil lubricant would be lubricant. it might not last as long, but it's going to keep the bearings lubricated now. I'm waiting to hear back from them on Monday. I don't want to have to get an attorney involved. I just want to have it taken care of and made whole. if they think the repair is going to be too much then give me a cash settlement so I can get a different vehicle. just make me whole

  Great experience, the guy was super nice who helped me. Destiny explained everything while the gentleman worked. She was super understanding to how little I know about cars. Came in for an oil change, did a flush on the transmission to help keep the car healthy. Thank you to the team who not only worked on my car but also helped me. Will be back

  Where do I begin? As a woman, taking my car in for maintenance can be a hassle. I either don't get taken seriously, or some people try to keep pushing things to do to the car, when truly this just just isn't the right time for a multitude of possible reasons. I took my car in for a long overdue oil change and also tire rotation. ALL the people that helped service my car were SO friendly. No one made me feel guilty that my tires hadn't been rotated in forever or that somehow my battery was not in great shape and super corroded. Whoops! But they were all so respectful and informative without feeling pushy. In today's day and age people are SO quick to share their negative experience, but I had to make sure I did share just how lovely of an experience I had most recently. I would've come back to Valvoline regardless because the value of their services is good for my regular degular car-- but I am making sure to come back to this location specifically since everyone was so wonderful!

  I had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change during my visit on Sunday, April 19th at 4:45 PM in Omaha. The team was friendly, professional, and very efficient from the moment I pulled in. They greeted me right away and clearly explained each step of the service without being pushy about any additional recommendations. The entire process was quick and well-organized, and I really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled, especially during a late afternoon visit. The staff worked well together and made the experience stress-free and convenient. It’s clear this team takes pride in their work and values customer service. I’ll definitely be returning for future oil changes and would recommend this location to others.
