  The primary attendant was very professional and attentive.... he explained all options available for this current service visit. He worked well with his team members to complete the full service on this visit. I would recommend this Vavoline Service Center to all my family and friends....... Thank You Much APPRECIATED!!!

  Took over a hour for a simple oil change nothing difficult about a ram van. Three cars came and went in the next bay. Messed up miles on ticket. Better not void my warranty some of those report to manufacturer. Won't print a receipt anymore but will give you recommendations of service you need.

  I brought my vehicle to this Valvoline location for an oil change and tire rotation. The oil change was completed, but during the tire rotation the technician damaged the threads on one of my wheel studs while attempting to remove the wheel. I was then told the threads were already damaged, even though I had never experienced any issues before bringing my vehicle in. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. After everything happened, I specifically asked for a copy of my receipt and documentation explaining what occurred. Instead of providing me with my receipt or a work order documenting the incident, I was given a generic service recommendation sheet that didn’t explain what happened. When I asked for the technician’s notes or documentation, I was told they could not provide them. Instead of taking responsibility or providing clear documentation, I was told to take my vehicle to another repair shop. As a customer, I expect transparency when something goes wrong during a service. Unfortunately, I left with damaged wheel hardware, no explanation in writing, and more questions than answers. Because of how this situation was handled, I will file a damage claim with Valvoline Corporate and hope they conduct a thorough investigation. I would encourage anyone having tire service performed here to inspect their vehicle carefully and make sure they receive proper documentation before leaving
