They were polite, as usual. They are very informative about each step. They’re never pushy about extra services or added charges. They explain the full process in easy terms. There was a wait time but they always kept me informed about time and when it would be my turn. I like the list of services they provide at the end that my car could use in the future.

I wish I would have gotten all their names, but the best service I’ve ever had done! I’ve been a valvoline customer for years. In Michigan, Texas, and now Nebraska. The N 132nd & W Maple location in Omaha is hands down the best. They were the first ones to ever check my cabin air filter and change it, first ever to offer and engine flush, and fought tooth and nail to get the oil filter off after the last valvoline screwed it on WAY too tight. They were thorough, communicative with every customer, efficient, and VERY kind on a very hot and busy Saturday. I was seen around noon on 5/16, so MAJOR SHOUTOUT to the whole crew working that day! I will be back, and you will get all my business! Thanks guys!

I got my oil changed here as usual, the staff were helpful and kind and informative AS USUAL. But about 2 hours later after driving my vehicle around town for work, I noticed A LOT of smoke coming from my hood. Naturally concerned and scared, as this has NEVER happened before, I popped up my hood, and noticed a tiny fountain of coolant leaking out of my coolant hoses. Maybe the tech bumped it, I figured we can get it straightened out no big deal. After talking to the corporate associate and finally being transferred to the 132nd store that did my service in hopes we could get this figured out, I was transfered to a tech at this location who spoke over me, denied any liability, man-splained that my hoses are just too old and needed to be changed since they are "11 years old" and it couldn't have anything to do with the service I had received quite literally 2 hours prior to my car being engulfed in smoke. Considering how thorough my services at this location usually are and how they always check for issues (hate to say it but looking for any cent they can possibly grab) maybe they should've pointed out how old my coolant hoses are... If that were the issue... But the tech I spoke to... when he wasn't talking over me to the point that I was just trying to sputter out vowels, repeatedly said that it couldn't have possibly been their fault in any way, that it's my 2015 vehicle/ my fault, that HE HEARS THIS ALL THE TIME (hmm why is that not surprising) and that there was nothing he could do to help me. All I'm saying is, if Valvoline techs bumped it or made a mistake, I'm not mad IF an accident happened. But have some pride in your work y'all. Have some INTEGRITY and MAKE IT RIGHT. What is absolutely NOT ok is not listening to loyal customers, blaming them for issues that arose less than 2 hours after service, and treating your customers (people!!!) like they're stupid and don't matter. Customer service was an abomination coming from someone who has been in the service industry my entire adult life. If you mess something up, at least listen to the customer and try to fix it. 2 hours on the dot after I got my vehicle serviced it had a sudden issue in the same area where the techs were working. My vehicle hasn't ever had an issue with the coolant hoses before, it's never made a tiny fountain of coolant coming from a mysterious and sudden brand new crack in the hose. I am not happy and I think that's something you guys need to take accountability for instead of pushing the blame onto your once loyal customer. It's pathetic and rude to talk over people. Show some understanding and integrity. It's insanely frustrating for y'all to attempt to convince me that it's purely coincidence. It's not a coincidence. Don't go here unless you want to be stranded with a smoking car with a fountain of coolant leaking all over your engine during your busy work day.

I had a great experience with this location. Typically I go to Walmart for my oil changes, but you will never catch me there again. I immediately was greeted with kindness by Josh who briefly explained the process as I'd never been to an instant oil change location. They strive to complete the jobs as they come in. They had accidentally skipped over me and one car got serviced maybe 5 minutes quicker than they should have, and the manager gave me a 15% discount for skipping over me. Hardly took any extra time out, but still, it was very appreciated! I'm ashamed to admit I am not great at keeping up with my oil changes, but Zeke and Josh did not judge me one bit. They laughed with me and told me it's alright and that they can get my engine flushed out. They let me watch the oil come out per my request lol😂 Josh showed me how to change an air filter, too, and discussed my engine filter with me as well. I know I know, I am not the most educated when it comes to auto maintenance, but again, never did I feel judged. I felt like they cared about my car health and cared about my experience with them. I was laughing, chatting, and overall has a good time JUST to get my oil changed! Thank you Zeke, Josh, and Santiago for helping me yesterday and making me feel welcome even just for a short time. I will definitely be back!
