  I was on vacation in Omaha recently when my truck started missing, I took it to Tuffy’s to get diagnosed. They were able to repair it in a timely manner and the quote they gave me was the amount I paid in the end. No upsells. This is the second year in a row that I have had issues with a vehicle while traveling and they were fair and honest which is rare anymore. Thank you.

  These people were AMAZING ! Super friendly the moment we walked through the door. They really did a wonderful job on my car. Plus they had great prices!! Will be returning in the future..

  Been in the automotive industry for 45 years! I would not even consider doing anything to my vehicle without having Tuffy’s do the work!

  This was my first time getting my oil changed at Tuffy’s. My usual place takes about a month to get on the schedule but I was already long overdue to get my oil changed. Most places have you drop your car off and you pick it later that day. That doesn’t work for me. Tuffys gives you a specific time. That’s a huge plus for me. Plus, I came across a coupon a few days earlier that I could use. With my appointment in the middle of a Saturday, I had my doubts that they’d stay on schedule by the time my appointment came around. But I pulled in a few minutes early, and they got my truck on the lift right on time!! They must have a great reputation because they had a car with Massachusetts plates in there getting serviced! Lol Even without the coupon, the price for my oil changed still would’ve been a bit cheaper than my usual place so that told me they are priced right!! The two guys (Rodney and Todd) at the counter were great! After about 20 minutes of me being there, we were laughing, making jokes and Rodney is from Baltimore so we ended up talking about Baltimore and the Orioles. It just helped the time go by faster. Before I left, Rodney let me know the tread on my tires was getting near the end and that if I get new tires put on with them that I’d get a free alignment. All in all, a great experience and they probably just became my new place to get my 2022 f 150 serviced. Thanks guys!!
