The staff explained the repair process in simple terms and gave me a fair estimate upfront. They kept me updated while the work was being done, which I appreciated. When I picked the car up, the paint match looked great and you honestly couldn’t tell there was damage before. Turnaround time was pretty reasonable too. Waiting area was clean and everyone was polite. Not always easy finding a trustworthy body shop, but this place made it stress free.
