  They repaired a crack in my windshield that was the size of a ping pong ball. No problem! Looks like a cute little filled in flower now. Much better and wont spread this winter. They were fast and nice and the coffee was delicious :)

  Has a minor crack on my windshield. I was able to get an appointment next day at their closet location to me. To have them come to my house would have been only 2 days later. I got there at the start of my appointment and was done within 30 minutes. They did a great job on the repair and I would recommend.

  I have had a lot of issues with my windshield. One rock on Crack and bam a month later amd my auto wipers didnt work first time it rained. I thought it was going to be another headache. Went to the N 90th office and Jeff got me in and out fixed and after talking to him I find his experience to be comforting. If I have issues with my windshield again I will go to that safelite for Jeff specifically. It rained not long after we left and sure enough worked great! Thank you Jeff for taking the time to chat with us and explain! Warranty was used as its only been a month since the entire replacement happened.

  I had a chip in my windshield and had Safelite come out to my house and fix it. Unfortunately they couldn’t calibrate the ride height so I had to bring it in the week after and after waiting there for three hours they finally told me they cannot fix it and they need a new windshield that they installed the wrong one. I came in the week after that and I had the same issue happen where they couldn’t calibrate the right height and they somehow ruined my car battery that was working completely fine before I brought it into them and on the third try, they put a new windshield in for the third time but they could not calibrate my car and said I have to bring it into the dealership so now I have to Bring in my car to the Honda dealership whenever I can get an appointment I would not recommend going here. I would choose somewhere else. The front desk doesn’t help at all. They don’t tell you when things are going to be done and the technicians do not know what they’re doing. The front desk associate has an earbud in and doesn’t speak clearly he clearly doesn’t care that he wants to be polite to his customers and doesn’t tell you when the installation or problem will be fixed he guesses
