  Today was my first time to Rocket Carwash and BOY was I impressed!! Such a caring man who explained everything to me about their services. He even gave me a free car wash since it was my first time. I used their free solutions and cloth to wash the inside windows and vacuum cleaner to get out the dirt and grass. I brought it home and my husband didn’t recognize the car. He thought it looked brand new and it’s 20 years old!!! I highly recommend this company!!!!

  I've been a member for several years, I'm very satisfied with the service and price. For as fast as their service is, it's quite thorough. I previously used Tommy's, I won't go back: Rocket is at least slightly, if not very, better in every way.

  I have been with Rocket for years and love them. It's a great wash, all the amenities and supplies you could want, the staff are friendly, there is never a wait, and i've never had any major issues. A couple of times I have needed to cancel for budget reasons and they have just lowered the cost for me when I call and been super sweet about it - these people clearly appreciate my business and loyalty! The only slight downside is that the equipment can be a bit harsh at times and miss some small spots, but that's somewhat expected for an automated wash. Overall very much worth it.

  1 Star (and that feels generous) Rocket Car Wash was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I don’t know what “rocket” they’re talking about, because the only thing that took off was my patience. The wash barely cleaned anything — my car came out looking like it had just survived a dust storm instead of going through a wash. Dirt still on the doors, streaks on the windows, and somehow the back bumper looked worse than when I arrived. The staff acted like they were being forced to be there. Zero energy, zero care, and zero interest in helping. I asked about the missed spots and got nothing but attitude and a shrug. If this is their idea of customer service, they must think customers enjoy being ignored. To top it off, the vacuums had the suction power of a tired birthday balloon. Completely useless. I could’ve cleaned my car better with a napkin and a bottle of water. I left feeling frustrated, ripped off, and honestly amazed that a place can charge money for results this bad. Rocket Car Wash? More like Pocket Car Wash, because all they do is take your money and give you nothing in return. Would not recommend to anyone. Ever.
