  Do not sign up for a subscription with Rocket Carwash! I signed up for a $10 trial and was told I had a full month to use before it renewed. I went to the location at 14410 Stony Brook Blvd and got a wash the day before my trial ended. I was told by a representative that I could call the next day to cancel. The next day comes around and I cancel, but notice that they still charge me later that day. I attempt to call customer service and was informed there is nothing they can do and I was changed $53.49 for a service I didn’t use and no longer can use because they canceled my account!! They say there is nothing they can do and now I am out $53.49 and still can’t use the membership they charged me for… doesn’t make sense. Terrible member experience, I won’t be back.

  Never received wash code and CS is non-existent. You'll be a skeleton by the time a rep gets on the line.

  Worst carwash ever. Have 2 memberships and trying to call and cancel multiple times and nobody answers. Will have to go in and cancel.

  This Rocket location has a great team. Aiden OMeara is always especially helpful and provides a great customer experience. He’s helped me understand the value of a membership without any hint of the hard-sell, which is something that can’t really be taught.
