- JFjoe fullerSep 30, 20261.0I love QT's because the employees are almost always friendly....today at this QT I felt like I was in a Casey's because the gal at the register had the same contempt for customers that you get at caseys. She could not hide the hate for customers on her face.
- JJJaySep 27, 20265.0When it comes to reviewing a gas station, there's only a few things that really come to mind, the cleanliness of the place, the selection of what's available, and the staff that's there. QT, or at least this QT location, was very clean and the staff was attentive. Right when you walk in, they say hello, ask if you need anything, and they're very fast and efficient when it comes to getting you through the checkout. The store has a wide selection of items ranging from snacks, coffees, ice, cold products, hot products, fast foods from their roller selections like hot dogs, egg rolls, and a bunch of other things, to their actual pizza and sandwich ordering station where you can get fresh food made right there. It's one of our go-to gas stations if we're in the area and need to go to a gas station, just because of the fact that there is such a wide variety of items to choose from, and it always is kept clean and well-stocked.
- TATony AlexanderSep 13, 20261.0My car was having sporatic charging problems so the AI directed me to QT. She did her required phrase were ever she was at & I smiled on my way to the restroom. I tried searching for something to buy via the app but my phone on hand was not sent the code to log in. I returned to my car & signed in. Nothing good health wise. I went to charge my solar charger while I shopped. All outlets are dead. So I left it plugged in, (mistake) to search the south side for something I could use. Nothing. As I returned to go she screamed at me, You can't plug stuff up willy nilly, so gather your things & your going to have to go. I smiled & left. Why the violence & no warning first. This is the only very negative &/or rude encounter I've ever had. Some prejudice places will let you conduct business or at the door stop you. I'm an elderly semi-retired, self-employed, disabled, minority & son of a family of veterans. I'm also a teacher, consultant, programmer, inventor, etc. I used to work at Omaha Steak for years. I don't control my experiences so I'd not want to leave Nebraska with only this after having fun at The Amazing Pizza Machine. This violent reaction to simply my presence is new since she should have been trained. Please retrain her if possible to accept the public she does not know. Thank-you.
