- SGShane Geer5 days ago4.0132nd and Dodge location Initial experience was frustrating due to communication issues and the car returning with similar symptoms shortly after a major repair. However, Omaha Car Care did take the vehicle back, identified an issue related to the prior repair area, and corrected it at no additional cost. They also provided a loaner vehicle during that time. The process was not smooth from start to finish, but I do appreciate that they ultimately worked to make things right. The vehicle is now driving much better

- MKMark KroegerSep 23, 20205.0I can't thank Mike enough for all his help. My vehicle was under warranty at the dealership and they fixed it. A week later, the vehicle had problems again. The dealership said it was from a part not covered and would cost $4000 to fix. I took the vehicle to Omaha Car Care, and Mike did the diagnostic. Mike informed me that the part was not bad, and that the prior repair was the reason. I argued with the dealer and they agreed with Mike. They repaired the vehicle at no charge. If not for the honesty and integrity of Omaha Car Care, I could have been out a lot of money. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.
