  Booked a van 6 weeks in advance, and National in Omaha still refused to honor it — claiming they needed a physical visa/credit card (no debit, no Apple Wallet) plus a physical licence, none of which was mentioned at booking. Between us we had passports, physical debit cards, a physical licence, and a visa card on Apple Wallet — more than enough ID, but they turned us away anyway. Walked next door to Avis, showed them the same documents, and they hired us a van immediately. Cost more, but at least they wanted our business. If National can’t disclose their requirements upfront, don’t be surprised when customers get stranded and walk. Avoid.

  Sarai, it's, without a doubt, one of the best customer service associates i've ever experienced. Her sensitivity and professionalism was literally endless. She turned And unfortunate series of events that affected her customer into an opportunity to demonstrate how to rebound from an issue. I implore you , whenever you need car services. In this day and age, common sense is rare and great service is the stuff of legend ... keep winning the small battles, one customer at a time.

  Great customer service, friendly, and polite. Only issue was the cleanliness of the car there were spills from previous customers on the inside and the outside you could tell it was just a rush clean.
