- JRJakeb RiefApr 5, 20261.0Disgusting business, GO BACK TO KUM AND GO, maverick has destroyed the reputation, the staff off Emmitt REALLY make is KNOWN that they HATE THEIR JOB the most unfriendly people I’ve ever met in my life they’re always locking the doors all while the employees stand around behind the counter from midnight to 330 am while still listed online open 24/7, only sells gift cards from 8am to 7pm, the price hike on EVERYTHING from tabacoo, energy drinks to food and don’t get me started on the god awful fuel codes THEYRE POINTLESS AND NOTHING BUT AN EXTRA HASSEL, good god it is not that hard to run a gas station

- ABAaron BlackAug 5, 20251.0Go back to Kum & Go. Your rewards program is atrocious. The auto codes for gas is annoying. Nothing about your business process is guest focused at all. All the staff that transferred to Maverick is dealing with all of the adjustments and deal with the backlash of your poor systems. It is nice they you didn’t replace the staff after taking over Kum & Go. In return I also lost my brand of cigarettes due to the take over and the price hike with certain product is absurd. I have spent a solid amount of money here due to the friendly staff, convenience and deals on my brand of cigarettes and energy drinks. I will no longer be spending money here due to the change in business change!
